Small, family run guesthouse/bungalows located just north of Haad Yao beach. Home away from home, the place to make new friends. Although privat and secluded, we are just a couple of minutes away from the bussy beach of Haad Yao with shops, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants and bars. Our resort is situated on a hill overlooking Haad Yao Beach.

I want to come back. It is an easy going place with a warmhearted environment and embedded in a outstanding beautiful landscape just a bit off from all the hectic of other places. It has obviously proven that all decisions at the time building this place were absolutely right.

We stayed in sea view bungalow and had most amazing view ever! Place was reeeally nice and cute! There were little private beach and it was best spot for sunsets. Owners are nice and helpful people. Food was good also. We will come back!

We couldn't find anything nice on booking what we were looking for. Quiet place close to the sea . Not in the south and not too far away from civilisation. So I found this place via Google/ TripAdvisor and called joe.. one of his staff/partner picked us up close to the pier 20 minutes later. It's a great place to chill and relax. Joe is one of the nicest hosts I ever met. Very easy going and helpful with everything. He showed us around. Told where to swim and where to eat. Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Ended up with 8 nights. Would have stayed longer if my visa weren't running out..I highly recommend this place..great staff too !

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights and really didn’t want to leave. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our bungalow was very cute and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Very peaceful yet still close enough to all the restaurants and such.

Great place to stay. We had front bungalow and when sitting on a balcony you feel like you are the only one on the island. The owners where very kind. They provide room service. There is no air con which we knew but sometimes it was very difficult to sleep because of the heat. I recommend this place.

Spent 4D3N in one of Koh Phangan's secret hideaway that is the Ling Sabai Bungalows. I traveled solo and stayed in one of the bungalows. The view from the bed is absolutely stunning. The people who run the resort are kind and friendly. Chaad picked me up from the Raja Ferry port and sent me early in the morning when I checked out. Pam cooked the most delicious food I've eaten in the whole island. Spend some evenings with Joe and talked about life and experiences in general. You really get the sense that you arrive at Ling Sabai as a guest and leave as friends with the hosts. They really take good care of you. I spent my day lazing around in the room's balcony reading and generally contemplating life. Spent a couple of hours relaxing at the little beach by the resort area in solitude (no one else there but me!). The place is just 5 minutes walk away from Haad Yao beach where you can find plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs, dive centres, massage centres, grocery stores and a 7-11. Close enough to amenities and yet, feels like a world away from all the party scenes. I'll definitely be back again. Already missing everything that is Ling Sabai.…

We spend four nights in the superior bungalow and had the best time! Big bathroom, balcony, big bed, enough space.... The view is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. However, just a few minutes to a beach and some shops! We can highly recommend it! Moreover, Joe is a really great host! :)

We just finished a 2 weeks vacation in Thailand, visiting ko pangan, ko tao, ko samui and Bangkok. Long Sabai is by far the best place we lived. Even checking a place like that in the other island we were not able to find it. In ko tao we paid (literally) 4 times more for a bungalow not was not comparable. The bungalow had an incredible ocean view, exactly where the sunset appended. The place was quite, far from the music but 5 minutes walk from the first beach. The bungalows are located in the middle between secret beach and salad beach. In the right part of the island. Joe is incredibile host, he took care of our transportation from and to the harbor, in addition the first night - since we wanted to go to the full moon party - he came to pick up only our backpacks in order to let us enjoy the night. What to say, we loved it, and we plan to go back. Super recommended …

It's the 5th time I stay with Pam and Chaad ! We come back every time for their easy approach on life, relaxing atmosphere and Pam's amazing cooking! Bungalows are overlooking your little private beach and the little chill out restaurant. Bungalows are spot on clean KING SIZE bed and FREE-Roomservice... all you need! Highly recommended and great value place !!! Amazing place to relax and disconnect...
