A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful, clean and quiet. Staff were great. We didn't require daily cleans but they always brought us fresh clean towels. Frank and his wife were excellent. Check in was smooth and easy... The price was reasonable and its nicely located.

Amazing mornings with tropical birds singing from everywhere. So romantic place with charming vibe. Great restaurant and swimming pull area is just stunning. But the real precious are people that do all to make your stay there unforgettable. Thank you my friends, and see you all our next visit to Koh Phangan!

We were shocked by the attitude of the staff, especially the lady at the reception, not welcoming at all, very rude, not polite. The hotel is very disappointing. Do not stay there. Plenty of better options around. No beach, dirty pool, shower on top of the toilets. But the worst is the way the staff is treating you. We decided to change hotel after 1 night, not to ruin our holidays. Very bad vibes -

Since the check-in moment we felt unwelcome. The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. So much we decided to book elsewhere just few hours after arriving. Additionally, this could not even be called a beach resort, is more like a dried stinky port, where you will not want to swim. Avoid staying here if you want to enjoy your vacations.

We came excited and looking forward to our private beach hotel, but to our much surprise there was no beach at all! We needed to drive each time we wanted to just go to the beach! We did, however, gotten endless bites fron the endless bugs in the room. The shower was tiny and right above the toilet seat. The host was unwelcoming. Overall, a complete waste of our money and just a disappoint. There are countless bettet places to go, and for a better price.

My friend and I booked for Deluxe Beach Front Bungalow with outdoor Jacuzzi for a night on February 2019. We pay 2600 baht nett via booking.com Pros 1. Room is peaceful and quiet. Beach is relatively private for us 2.Food and drinks are not too expensive 3. Nice size swimming pool 4. Natural stone in the room. (something I never seen before) 5. Private Jacuzzi 6. Good room space for 2 people Cons 1. My friend called before we arrived to borrow 2 wine glasses. The staff (lady) just say no and not trying to help at all. 2. We arrived a bit after 1pm feeling so unwelcome. We asked whether we can order room service, the lady at the desk said no claiming that she is busy, not enough staff so they are not providing this service which is ok because she said we can carry them to the room by ourselves 3. After we paid for the room, checking the menu that we were thinking to take away, the staff went inside the kitchen, we have to call her 3 times, eventually i just look through behide the counter to order the food because she would not come out. 4. I ask her how we get to the room, again unwelcome approached telling me check in time is 2pm. (OK, at that time it is 1.30 pm - we can wait) Then few minutes after she changed her mind and let us in. 5. Entrance is quite steep and slippery, be careful if you come by motorbike Overall, we enjoyed the room and Jacuzzi. Would be better if staff at the desk is friendly and work with service mind. Considering room category we booked, we deserve better treat :) I would recommend to stay here for those who want to relax. Couple, friends, solo traveller.

At the begining we weren’t sure about the hotel because some of bad comments. Its true that is a bit in the middle of nowhere but they rent bikes. The beach is not there during the day, only in the afternoon. Thw girl helped us and she was nice. The pool is nice. The rooms small and no place for the clothes, but nice also.

I am tour operator In India i booked the Cayana Beach Hotel for my self the worst Hotel i ever booked , that God that i booked for my personal stay if its my Clients i must have loose the business, Horrible Property Under the Jungle far away from Road , No Room service , Poor Lady on reception very rude dont know how to talk or behave with Clients. No Taxi would be available near by . Toilets you cant imagine its so small that you might not digest were to take bath. I left the Hotel instantly as i found its not SAFE to stay in such a Jungle property. The lane is so dark no light , no shop . Just a Horrible Property in 1 word. Hardin must 20 km away from that Jungle property you can think to go from there no services available.

Despite the name beach resort, the hotel was not located at a beach. It was in a bay with an artificial beach. However the accomodation is beautifull and breakfast is good. But it is kust not what I had in mind when booking a beach resort.

The resort itself is pretty average for the price you pay, but unfortunately our stay was dampened by the fact that the host was rude to us for the duration of our 5 day stay. She has an attitude problem and was a bit lazy. Other than that, the rest of the staff was nice and the pool was great. I agree with the other posts that the room was a bit disappointing- very small and the bathroom even more so. Wouldn't recommend considering how many resorts are available on the island in this price range.
