Great accommodation, nice staff great value for money. I have been to ko Phangan several times and Haad Salad is a great beech. Cookies is a great Thai accommodation. Pool is great for kids, we traveled in a group of two families with young children 4 people and 5 people, Haad Salad is a great resort. We also stayed at...

Great place to relax, friendly staff, it is on a lovely beach where it has lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. They have a few massage spots and the hotel itself was clean, could use the wifi in the restaurant and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Large balcony which over looks the ocean and a nice added...

My wife and I visited Cookies's Salad for a friend's wedding. The resort sits on the end of Haad Salad beach, a beautiful location on Koh Phangan that provides a quiet spot for rest and relaxation. Cookies was a great place for a wedding party as they reserved a group of rooms on the beach side for the entire guest...

We booked in the hotel a long way in advance as it was part of our honeymoon. We book their top room one of the bungalows right on the side of the beach overlooking the sea and the beach of Haad Salad. However when we arrived, it turned out that they had double booked it out to a large wedding...

Not sure what MCLocal is on about below. One thing I need to clarify, A LOT of toilets in Thailand are not meant to have the toilet paper put in them, not just this place. Obviously they have had problems with this in the past so they need to spell it out by having a sign on the back of...

I didn't plan to write a review as my experience was similar to the other positive reviews here but after the most recent negative review I have to put in my 2 cents... First of all, this is not a luxury, 5 star hotel. But at $39 USD, it was a great value and perfect for our stay on this...

I have been a reviewer on Trip Advisor for years now and I must say some hotels need to be closed. This hotel has the chance to be great but fails everywhere. Check In process ...we request to always see the room before checking in. Here is where it all goes down. The locks on the rooms are damaged and...

Personnel is very patient and helpfull. Cootage 16 was fantastic - the most forward one so nothing is blocking a few, it's on top of another cottage so nobody is walking in front of your superb terrace, and it's not the most expensive one either. Spacious bathroom with nice water pressure in the shower, quiet air-con and comfy bed. But...

Went here for dinner to try the Penang curry due to the lonely planet recommendations. Highly recommend going here for dinner if you are in the area. Great view across the bay! Didnt stay at the hotel as stayed somewhere else in Salaad area.

Generally quite surprised by these reviews...Have stayed here twice, and there are different types of room. Some luxury ones and some pretty standard rooms. Think this place is perfect for 2-3 nights in the luxury rooms...The food is fantastic and the sunsets at this beach incredible, but if your active and want to do some exploring its not the easiest...
