I am a solo traveler and spend my vacation here at Anda Lanta Resort, Krabi from January, 6-9. I feel so impressed with the hotel accommodations very much. The room is very clean and has a good view. Also, the hotel has various kinds of activities such as kayak boat provided for kayaking, swimming, massage ,and the hotel has various kinds of food and it’s very tasty. Moreover, the hotel staffs are very nice and service-minded. In this trip, I’m very happy to be here and very appreciated with every service here! 😍
Overall not the best value for money but still Everything was to a good quality but some areas lacked and needed modernising and improving. Staff were very friendly but maybe too attentive this can be seen when there sone a lack of cohesion between self service and table service at breakfast. Food was good but not the best. Herbal tea was extra? Loved the fact that kayaks were free to use whenever but seeing as they were over staffed could help with using? Buffet old fashioned , herbal tea bags please! , get a water refill machine and ditch the plastic bottles
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is in a nice remote location sharing the lovely beach with only one other small resort. We were lucky because we went at a time when the resort was also not very busy. It is suitable for families and couples. The rooms are big, clean and well facilitated. Things that could do with improving. The resort restaurant has little atmosphere, the service is not good, and the choice limited. The bathrooms need extract fans and better lighting for the sinks.
Fantastic location with stunning sea views. Staff are very friendly and happy to help you with anything. Bike hire is available at a good price. The national park is a short ride but make sure you have decent walking shoes on as it is a challenging walk through the trail.
We stayed at the Anda Lanta Resort for 3 nights. It was a lovely hotel which was right on Klong Jark Beach and amongst lush gardens. The room was very nice with an enormous bed which was comfy. The restaurant staff were lovely and the breakfast and food in general was really good even if they did get our order wrong a few times, but this was actually quite cute. The only negatives for me was the hotel was inundated with children but didnt see anywhere before booking that this was a family hotel. Also the odd member of the reception staff was lets say not as friendly as most of them and for Thai people in general. All that said I would defo recommend.
We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb 2020, we caught the ferry from Ao Nang to Saladan , I contacted the hotel beforehand to arrange a transfer from the pier, I was happy to see that the transfer was free of charge when we paid our bill. The hotel has a pretty traditional Thai style semi open air lobby which we like, close to this was the restaurant and bar which looked on to the beach of Klong Jark bay and the swimming pool was close by. Our room was a good size, we had booked a superior room, it was on the 1st floor and offered a sea view through the trees, it had a decent sized balcony, huge double bed and a reasonable sized shower room. The room was traditionally furnished with dark wood and the air-con was excellent. The breakfast was ok offering some choice, the restaurant Thai food we found enjoyable and fairly decent value for a hotel. The swimming pool is very pretty surrounded by trees as is the whole resort, the sun loungers were higher than normal which would be good for some guests who might struggle getting up from a lower bed, there were also quite a number of beds on the edge of the beach situated under shades which was good. Our only complaint about the pool was, it was very noisy due to the number of families with small children. We had never really experienced this before in all our six previous trips to Thailand, most of the families seemed to be Scandinavian. …
The Anda Lanta resort was absolutely amazing! We stayed for only 3 nights and wish we stayed for more! The sea view is a definite recommendation! It was so peaceful listening to the sea and being so close. All the staff are so friendly and the food is good. Only negative is that it’s a bit more expensive than what we were paying elsewhere however I can’t knock a star off for this reason as our entire stay there was just so relaxing! 5* from me!
located by a superb sandy beach, this hotel provided clean comfortable accommodation overlooking the beach. the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. the menu was not as varied as some hotels we have stayed at, but the food was good. This area of Thailand is not as developed as so many others, providing the opportunity for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
Stayed at Anda Lanta for 4 nights during a 2 week stay in Thailand. Beautiful surroundings with restaurant looking out to the beach. Lovely atmosphere in the evenings with plenty of beach bars. The hotel is a bit out of the way from busier areas of Lanta which didn't bother us as we were looking for a chill out. However if staying longer may be more of an issue. We stayed in a deluxe forest view and the views really were stunning with the balcony getting sun all day long! The pool are was large with plenty of loungers and the hotel has some down by the beach also. We took out one of the free kayaks which the hotel offers which was good fun. All in all a lovely stay!
We spend 3 nights here and we cannot complain of anything. Hotel area and room were clean and staff is very friendly. Food was good, hotel pricing which was little bit higher than in the beach restaurants. Pool area was nice and there were sunbeds and towels to use either in the pool or beach. Whole hotel area is easy to walk, only few steps in the room or beach. You can rent a motorbike or a canoe from reception also you can book a transfer to your next location.
