Let me tell you sth., this guesthouse/bar/restaurant doesn't f**k around when it comes to delivering amazing service. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. Both the owners and the staff were not only super kind and friendly but furthermore assisted us in any possible way ( e.g. booking a suitable snorkling trip for us). Our room (the Green Room) was perfect for our needs and even though it faced the street, we had no trouble finding a good night's sleep. The bathroom is a little small in this particular room (they told us in advance! and offered a different room) but if you are not a s***y you will be able to deal with it. We got an excellent bang for buck ratio in our opinion and would come back without a second thought. We are Germans and, true to our nature, like to complain but the cozy was simply uncomplainable. I dare you to find something to complain about. I'll buy you a beer if you do. The beach? Literally around the corner. I could go on and on but I think I brought the point across that we would recommend this place to everyone. Do yourselves a favour and stay at "Cozy" when you are looking for a place to stay at Kho Lanta. Best wishes and greetings from Kristina and Mathias to everyone at Cozy.

We were thoroughly pleased with our choice to stay at COZY. Everyone from Linda, Go, Kim, Bamboo & Dtew were very accomodating, kindly letting us have cutlery & mugs for use in the room. We had such nice pleasant little chats with most of the Cozy Team throughout our weeklong stay. COZY has everything one would need on holiday - clean rooms & baths, bedding & towels, tea coffee making facilities, a large fridge and a great location close to many nice eateries, tour & bike rental shops. It also adheres to an eco-friendly way of living specifically with the Trash Hero initiative & clean water provided for you to fill (as always we brought our own water bottles with us on our travel; although they provide bottles for guests as well) & even had reusable bags for use. COZY also has a very nice restaurant which does exceptional breakfast (albeit a limited menu) as an add on which is recommended! Go made us a takeaway pack for the boat ride on one morning which was very appreciated. There is a selection of fresh fruit, muesli, ham cheese sandwiches, paninis & hummous - all very good! COZY caters for dinner at their restaurant as well and it is a combination of western & thai & is very popular. We had dinner on our first night & sampled the western fare which was very good. We even splurged on a bottle of white to start off the vacation! A big thank you to Linda & everyone who made our stay a good one! We look forward to returning some day! We miss Koh Lanta & COZY already!

Thank you so much for staying with us and thank you for writing this lovely review! I'm very proud over my staff and so happy to read you felt well taken care of from everybody in the team. I'm happy to read our environmental efforts are appreciated as well as our little breakfast and (not so little) dinner menu. Big hugs to you both and we hope to see you again in the future! Linda and the Cozy team.

We stayed for 5 nights in the orange room, and from arrival to leaving enjoyed every minute of our stay at Cozy, it was like receiving a big hug. 😊 The room was lovely and clean and more than suited our needs for exploring Khao Lanta. As other reviews have mentioned, a great view and lovely balcony area to sit and chill. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and numerous eating establishments, from bakeries to small restaurants catering for every taste. The only difficulty for us was once we had eaten dinner at Cozy on our first evening, we didn't want to eat anywhere else! In the end we had eaten dinner there for 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. We also found we had become addicted to the homemade chilli chocolate ice cream - a must try!😍 Other fantastic elements were the eco side of Cozy, we loved the fact they offered recycling facilities and helped reduce the number of plastic bottles being used by being part of the "Trash Hero" campaign whereby you could fill up the aluminium water bottles in the room and they fully support the beach cleaning on the island. There was also a selection of beach type items, umbrellas, snorkel etc which guest could borrow, or contribute to for any future guests to use. A great idea to reduce the amount of luggage everyone carries for items rarely needed. They used an eco friendly laundry service, and if we were being critical did not find this perhaps as good as other laundry services we have used in Thailand in terms of presentation of washed clothing returned. All staff were willing to help book transport and freely give advice on places to visit, good recommendations etc. We found Linda to be open and honest about local beaches etc so you are wasting valuable time on your holiday researching and not being totally sure where to go. All in all we were thrilled to have stayed at Cozy and would go back in a heartbeat.

I'm so proud to read this review, thank you so much for staying with us, and thank you for taking your time to write this. Feedback is helping us to improve, but sometimes it's also really nice to read that things are working exactly the way they are supposed to - room, service, food... It might seem easy, but it's daily challenges to run a guesthouse with a busy restaurant in Thailand and we are so happy when we receive reviews like this. We are bragging about having the best guests staying with us, and you are no exception. Thank you for daily smiles, we miss you here! We really hope to see you again in the future. Linda/owner.

We've been to cozy guesthouse 3 times during our 10 day stay on Koh lanta. Once for breakfast and twice for dinner. We had no accommodation there and just went for food. And it was simply amazing! It is a bit on the pricey side compared to the surrounding Restaurants but well worth every Baht. (Two Main dishes with Starters and Drinks we're in total around 900 Baht) As soon as you step in you are greeted by one of the super nice staff members or the owner herself/himself. We felt home instantly. You can choose from a rather small menue which is good because everything we tried was just perfect. There are two weekly dishes - one Thai and one swedish - as well as a smokehouse menue and of course a nice variation of Thai and Western dishes The Service is fast and they will take care of you very well always with a smile and ready for a small Chat and some puns. We will be back on Koh lanta and we surely will be Back at cozy guesthouse. Of course we'll recommend it at any time! Thank you for making our visits the best We had on the Island! SEE YOU GUYS!

Thank you so much, you make me very proud! You don't have to stay in our guesthouse to visit our restaurant, it's open for anyone who like to join us for food/drinks. I'm of course very happy to hear you were well taken care of during your visits, and also that you think our food was price worthy. We are a bit more expensive than the local restaurants - and we also aim to be better, I'm happy when our guests agree we are. Thank your for taking your time to write this review, very welcome back to our guesthouse and/or our restaurant! Linda/owner.

Stayed two nights but wanted to stay longer (they were fully booked!). The staff is loving, caring, and super helpful. Cozy is a family and this place feels like home. This place is all love. Room was very clean, spacious, and simply beautiful. Location is nice, Bamboo will help you rent a fast scooter to explore the rest of this island! The owners (Linda and Anders) are around and put in effort to make sure you have a nice stay - they are very accommodating. Linda seemed very open-minded and we had great conversations. Highly recommend!

Thank you Dennis for writing this review! Yes, we work as a family (all included so to speak..) and we are happy to have staff working with us who really cares for our guests. We are not a fancy hotel with all the facilities available but we try hard to do the best we can to provide a clean and pleasant stay for anyone who pass Cozy. I'm very happy to hear you left with a good experience from us. We hate to say no when someone like to stay longer, so we just have to hope you book a longer stay next time ;-) Take care both of you and regards from all of us, see you again! Linda/owner.
