I didn’t stay at this resort but visited the pool bar on most days/evenings that I was on Koh Lanta. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, particularly Kelvin and his pina coladas were fantastic!

Restaurant staff at the resort went out of their way to serve my husband a dish that was NOT on the menu. It was excellent just like any of their other Thai dishes such as their Pad Thai, Massaman. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy great Thai food this is the place.

We didn’t stay in the resort but used the pool daily during our visit. Kelvin, Puy (apologies if spelt wrong) and all the pool bar staff were fabulous and couldn’t be more accommodating to us. Food was genuinely the best we’ve had on the island. Pad Thai to die for, and chicken penang was top quality. Our son loved the burgers which were home made too. Also, try the mango mojito ... not to be missed! Thanks for your hospitality guys!

Me and my boyfriend booked to stay in a ‘superior bungalow’. The room was not what was advertised. Shower head was full of limescale, the door to enter the bungalow did not join at the top therefore we had frogs living in the gap aswel as geckos coming in and out of the room. The room did not appear clean as the floor and walls had scuff marks on them. The desks and wardrobes looked dusty and where chipped. There was signs on the wall to say rooms where only cleaned every 3 days during your stay this is reflected on the amenities of the room. Staff where very helpful and friendly and showed us 4 other rooms but each one was exactly the same. I asked for full refund which was given to me straight away with apology thank you for that. This place has brilliant potential however needs refurbishment.

Kelvin at the poolside bar and all staff were faboulous and super helpful with all things Koh Lanta and Thai in general, (not to mention the delicious mojitos!) The pool beautiful, beach, (somewhat rocky) but delivered wonderful sunsets.and decent snokling. Truth be told...I was an American stranded, (bank card eaten) and each day I was put at ease and welcomed. Thank You for the wonderful hospitality!
