The manager Genziana super available, gave us different options on the island without pushing on selling her resort. They also have very good kitchen with Thai and some International dishes. We didn't make it to say goodbye to her, but we will return on Kradan.

Without high expectation as this hotel is on the island, the first thing that struck me first as our boat was approaching the island was how the hotels on this island blend with the nature & landscape of the Koh Kradan island . The boat landed on the shore (not on a jetty) and we had to climbed down onto the shore. Staff of the hotels were waiting at the beach to bring in the bags. Walking into the hotel, the reception is right in the centre where the bar of Reef Resort is. That was how this great adventure began. The hotel manager, Genta a highly trained professional and customer centric manager made us feel like we just checked into a 5 star hotel. Of course, the aneminities are basic (it’s an island!) but everything was perfect- room is bright, spacious, clean. Kayaks, snorkelling gears are all for use free of charge. Electricity is available whole day (this is an exception as compared to the other more ‘luxurius’ looking hotels on Koh Kradan), fridge in the room, aircond (6pm-10 am), breakfasts served, all day drinks and food being served in the hotel restaurant which we dined on the sands looking at the amazing sea. Also, prices are so reasonable. The water in the sea is emerald colour and the corals reefs are about 100m off from the beach which you can snorkel towards it . Deck chairs and hammocks are available for whole day relaxation on the sand. This hotel on Koh Kradan is a Heaven on Earth for me. Will definitely come back

Simple but very functional. Have 24 hour electricity, air conditioning, fridge (not every resort has). Bathroom is good, shower is outdoor. Water is hot with strong pressure. Kayak, sub board, snorkeling gears are all free to use. There is a restaurant at the resort. Everything is delicious. The atmosphere is so good. Right on the beach. During our four night stay, we decide to have all meals at the resort since it was so good. A lot of guests from other resorts also dine here. The price is very reasonable. Genta and all staffs make Reef resort even more special and outstanding. Thanks for your great hospitality. We have such a wonderful time. Ask Genta if you need anything or have questions, you will not be regret. The island itself is very nice. Calm, Quiet with great scenery. You can swim (walk if low tide) from the beach to coral reef. Ask the staff for the location of Nemo and soft coral. Amazing. If you look for luxurious, five star hotel, better stay on the mainland. If you look for relaxing and beautiful nature, this is the place. It is a small island. Keep in mind that there may be some insects, the water is a bit salty, and the wifi signal drops sometimes. We will definitely return to Reef resort. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved spending a few days here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort offers relaxed no frills vibe. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Please note that the shower is outside, which is quite common in Thai resorts. It’s great really once you get used to it. You can snorkel and kayak to your heart’s content. The resort provides you with the equipment for that. Breakfast is simple. Good selection of Thai dishes in the restaurant. The green curry was particularly delicious. They were very happy to make all dishes vegetarian.

We had stopped at Koh Kradan on a Star Clipper cruise and found the sea, coral and colourful fish to be fantastic. So with the help of TA we found the Reef Resort. We were not disappointed the room was simply but perfectly furnished with great AC, tea and coffee making facilities, a super fridge, very comfortable bed, good outside shower and plenty of storage. There was even a strip of artificial grass outside the patio door which was brilliant, your feet were spared the scorching floor and no sand got into the room! The only area that stops it getting an excellent rating is the breakfast, which was a bit basic both in the location and the quality but would not take much to greatly improve it. Overall though a brilliant stay.

A very nice holiday at the resort. Our second visit and we where not disappointed. Some smog in the cup due to the Corona outbreak but the team gave us fact base and helpful information. Many Thanks to the crew at Reef. All the best for the near future!

This is our second visit to Reef Resort ( the first one in 2017) and we can just confirm that this place is by far our favorite in Ko Kradan. The resort is made of 18 rooms - simple, clan and comfortable - shaped in a U form around a cosy swimmingpool and just in front of the wonderful blue sea. The atmosphere is easy, cozy, family friendly and relaxing. The staff, both Genta ( the manager) and her crue, are all very friendly, sweet and nice and they make you feel at home from the moment you step down in this amazing island. We felt so well that we originally booked 3 night and extended to 7 :-) !! The rythm of the island is very relaxed: you can enjoy nice kajak explorations (you can rent them for free at the resort), exciting swim to the coral reef (just in front of the resort), and relaxing walks around the beach. This place is just paradise and we warmly recommend it to travelers that value good relaxing time and cozy friendly atmosphere. All the best to Genta and her staff ( by the way our kids just loved them!!) and see you all very soon. Elena Christian Nikita and Seba

Lovely place. Amazing views. Helpful and very nice staff. Everything in a friendly atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms without fault. A great place to dive from the beach, because the corals are very close to the shore. A big positive for the possibility to rent kayaks in the price of stay. We'll be back! Thank you Genta.
