Simple rooms- but does the job. Fantastic hospitality! There is a hidden treehouse which you can relax in on a hammock. Nice to get away from Bangkok! Visit the temples by bike, which cost 60B to hire from Baan Eve for the whole day or get a tuk tuk which will show you the temples outside the island for a...

After a few crazy days in Bangkok, fellow travellers and I headed up to Ayutthaya for 2 days. We knew Baan Eve was a godsend as soon as we drove up on our tuk tuk from the station (quick drive, appx 5 min). There's a beautiful giant "tree house" with hammocks, books, and large tables conducive to meeting new people....

Great guesthouse when travelling alone, with friends or as a couple. Very nice common area with little bar and small menu with good food (local and homemade pizza). Upstairs are hammocks and some guitars. Friendly staff that provide good info about the city and can arrange all kinds of tours for you. Also possible to rent a bicycle. Room was...

Extremely helpful staff, good facilities, a bit on the rustic side but perfectly adequate for a nights stop over in Ayutthaya. Food on site was very good Also they are able to organise a Tuk Tuk by the hour to ferry you to the various sites.

One night stop, on our way from Bangkok to Sukothai. Loved the scenery, the patio and the geckos that came along. Rooms are decorated with very much good taste, simple and harmonious, Thai style. The landlady cooks wonderfully. Within walking distance from the temples located in town. For the outskirt ones, (really worth seeing), tuk tuk pick up can be...

We stayed one night in this guesthouse. We were well received. We got a bottle of cold water right away and some nice postcards. We also got to hear right away what there was to see in town. Then we got our room. This was ok for one night stay. That's all, because they're not very clean. The breakfast was...

Stayed here for one night whilst passing through to Bangkok from Chiang mai. The room was an okay size and the bathroom and shower okay too. It was a little on the dark side and there were quite a few Mosquitos (that couldn't be helped when you open the door). We hired two bikes from the lady owner which were...
