We stayed in the old part of the hotel and had a lovely lofty room which reminded us that we were in an original palace. We were in Rajasthan to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and immediately there was a knock on the door and a bottle of champagne arrived. We walked across lovely gardens to the newer part of...

We visited this amazing hotel during our recent tour of Indias Golden Triangle. Having left Agra, we were making our way to Jaipur and were told by our guide that we would be stopping at a hotel on the way, for lunch. Having passed through some very Third World looking villages, we turned off the main road and entered a...

We stayed in the old wing during Christmas 2016. The property is nice and well maintained. It is abt 15 min drive away from the Keoladeo National Park. Rooms are spacious and have the 'haveli' feel. The quality of food and the bar options however are very ordinary as are the overall service levels. Note: When we visited the road...

We booked Laxmi Vilas but found ourselves staying in Laxmi Niwas, the more recent addition to the property, and complementary to it in the same style and with the same management and staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped as was the bathroom, with an excellent shower. If we had had time there was plenty to do within...

They allotted us room no. 401. We felt as if we are guest of the royal family. The room was very big, so was the bathroom, but both were equipped with modern amenities with elegant decor. Everything was properly functional. The restaurant was itself a place to watch, with its royal decor at the ceiling and walls. The buffet spread...

The Heritage hotel is in 2 parts - the old and the new property. We stayed in the Royal Suite in the old property. The room was massive with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The buffet was customised as per the guests staying the hotel. Light food with reasonable spread to choose from. The property is very beautifully made...

We had visited here in January 2017 and we found very nice experience. Ambiance is very royal and all rooms are spacious. Surroundings around this converted hotel are too good and just 10 mins away from Bhartpur bird sanctuary. Food is good and ala carta is better than buffet spreads. Very neat and tidy and all fittings right from door...

We are Americans but live and work in New Delhi so we travel in India quite often. This hotel was a stop over between a trip from Agra to Jaipur and it was a great choice. We drove from New Delhi to Agra to see the Taj Mahal, then drove to Bharatpur (for a stop over on our way to...

Our one-night family stay here left us wanting for more! It's a beautiful property, well looked after. Though our main aim was the Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary, the Laxmi Vilas Palace Hotel too became the highlight of our trip!
