It is my 2nd time in this hotel as I liked its location just near highway. Modern rooms are on 3rd floor, I was given upgraded 1st floor executive room which had living room and bed room, ceiling was about to fall in room. AC was working OK as per winter but I think it might be creating issue in summer. One more room was required to change after some time due to power issue in toilet. Breakfast was found very limited variety compared to last visit. Swimming pool was not cleaned so not used although we booked hotel for it. One appreciable point that my blazer was missed in hotel as there was no light in cupboard but after a week, when I called reception Mr. Sagar Kale helped me to get blazer back again as it was kept safely by housekeeping staff.
Not upto 3Star Location is good Staff is courteous Basic toiletries only when you asked for I stayed there as a part of celebration party No newspaper in the room provided Even kettle to make morning tea was not available. Probably being used more for functions and stay for party guests.
To attend a function in the Hotel we had booked a few rooms and the banquet hall on 1st Floor (in fact it is between ground and 1st floor and we have to go by stairs). The rooms were great and neat and clean. The hotel had a good restaurant (Tashkent) which provided good variety of food. The hotel also had a swimming pool (for adults as well as for children) but the pool was not cleaned and had some tree leaves as it was just below a tree. Therefore, we did not use the pool. The hotel also provided free parking and also a bed for the driver. The only minus point in the hotel was its service and I am sure the General Manager, who is quite experience of renowned hotels, will look into this and take care of this.
It’s profiled as a 4 star, but do not serve that. Pool was filthy full of organic martes from trees around and was not appealing at all. No sun beds or chairs. No WiFi in room, although it advertises full coverage all over. After 6 hours finally it worked, but only partly. Bed linen was not clean, seemed not to have been changed after previous guests. Breakfast included, no fruit or juices included.
I happen to stay for marriage and then continued on my own in this hotel. Property is location wise a super hit but maintenance is very poor, wooden floors are damaged, no uniformity in same type of rooms, housekeeping only when you ask for, minimal toiletries that too when you ask for, No electric kettle in room and faulty Set top boxes, remotes. I booked it as 3 star property but it is no where near the standards of a 3 star hotel. It can be termed as Guest house, not the hotel. Staff and food are the only two positives nothing else.
