I liked the quaintness of the place and the verandah restaurant was very refreshing. The staff were courteous and smiling, but avoid asking for directions from them and instead use your Google map. I also loved the verandah attached with the room.

We've spend two nights in Goa and coudn't decide where to go: north or south. So we stayed in the centre of goa. It was a good decision due to the short time we only had there. Welcome Heritage Panjim was the best place we could have stayed. They have two separate buildings

We stayed in an heirloom-filled room with a balcony above the art cafe. It was perfect for long hours of sipping tea and people-watching--from a quiet village waking up to the 'honk-honk' of airhorn delivery of fresh Goan bread to the glitter of late night cafes and revelers

"The second floor rooms have lovely glass and timber double doors which open on to tiny balcony. All rooms look towards the river which is mostly obscured by lovely trees."
