My wife and I just got back, and it was great . We got a beach front suite and it was great ,,short distance from everything. The diving was great alot of healthy coral . Wolfgang and his divemasters Neils and Martin do a conservitive dive profile , and you end with alot of air. This is one resort that... More

My wife and I just returned from a one week stay at Luna Beach. Our room was a beachfront "suite." Why it is called a suite, remains a mystery. It's a standard, queen bed hotel room and bath with very few furnishings or amenities. A nice touch would have been a night table along side the bed on both sides... More

The good news - the dive operation is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about Wolfgang, the divemaster, and Andrew, the instructor. Absolutely topnotch. The property overall is very beautiful, very peaceful and is only a 10 minute walk along the beach to the West End area with its restaurants, bars, & gift shops (really loved the Lobster Pot... This is a wonderful place for a few days or a few weeks. I don't believe that anyone will regret a visit. The beach is narrow, but vehicles are now prohibited from driving on the beach in front of the resort (there is no place for them to go anyway--the road/beach ends in a rock cliff at the edge of... We have decided that Luna Beach Resort is just about the most perfect place for a vacation. The house was great and being at the end of the beach gave us the peace and quiet we wanted, while making it super easy to get to town for restaurants and nightlife. The short walk was easy and safe, even late at... More

We went on our Honeymoon in May to Roatan Honduras and stayed at Luna Beach Resort. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting and location. The resort is to perfection, clean, well managed, isolated but just short walk into West End, a true PARADISE. You would not believe the beautiful homes are up on the hill. The Dive... More

We stayed at the Luna Beach resort for a week in April. I am just now writing because I think everyone going to Roatan should be warned about the bugs. I had bug bites all over my body. We brought bug spray, 99% deet, etc. None of it really worked that well. The bugs are called "noseeums" as in you... More
