This is a very nice boutique hotel. It is clean and the room is large enough. The staff is always pleasant . The daily room clean up is prompt and well done. The air conditioner is great and the room cool. Shower always has hot water. There is coffee in the morning and fresh water in the afternoon in the lobby which is nice. The restaurant has good food although it’s pricey. I gave it a 4 stars because there are a few downside to this place. One , it’s noisy. There is a bar adjacent to it and you hear the music at night. We could also hear the motorcycles in the street. A little annoying . The beach is small ; it’s not like at west bay. One thing we missed having is a place to put our clothes. There is no dresser or wardrobe per say although there is a clothe’ rack . All and all it is a very nice place and it’s well located with walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I would not hesitate to come back and highly recommend it…

This was our second trip to Roatan and staying at TBH. It was really great when we stayed here before, but they've gone through some renovations, so now it's even BETTER!! From the entrance to the views, to the restaurant and the rooms, simply outstanding. The location on Half Moon Bay in West End is outstanding - TBH sits right at the water's edge! It's convenient to many things, including markets, dining, cocktails and, of course, diving. We stayed in the Presidential Suite (a new addition, as is the entire 3rd floor), which was very, very nice: Large space, King bed, with a huge bathroom! And we enjoyed many a morning and evening on the balcony overlooking the bay. Mila del Mar is their on-site restaurant, and they crank out super cocktails and food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all were great. (We were there over Thanksgiving and they offered a traditional Thanksgiving dinner! It was a treat, with kudos to the chef for an excellent meal.) While TBH is absolutely wonderful, it's the staff that truly makes it!! Very communicative before our arrival, facilitated on-island travel (they can also help you navigate island activities), and just so friendly and attentive: they really made our stay a fantastic one. I know we didn't meet everyone personally or get everyone's name, but I do want to say thanks to Andromeda, Bonnie, Jeannie, Noel, Paola, and Raquel for taking care of us. And of course, a special thanks to HENRY! He welcomed us back like we were old friends and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything: it was so good to see him again! This hotel is very cute, comfortable and clean. The people are VERY NICE and will accommodate you in every way possible. The hotel sits right on the water and the beach is nice but there is some trash around on other sides. We stayed in room #1 and I wouldn't recommend it because the restaurant is directly above it and they begin setting up and serving at 5am daily, which creates a TON of noise that continues on all morning and into the day. I would rate this hotel as ,5 stars if it weren't for that. Just choose a different room and you'll be fine. I also wouldn't suggest getting drinks from the restaurant. They are $9 and half the size of the ones right next door at Sundowners, for the same price. Just go there and get more for your money. All in all, it's in a great location, with super friendly people. Shout out to Henry, on the beach, who is VERY nice and will bend over backwards to help you.…

Absolutely loved the Beach House! They really nail the sweet spot between high-end and chill. This place is totally unpretentious but really beautiful and intimate. It's only 14 rooms, all of which are ocean-front. It feels very bespoke, with keen attention to detail. We stayed in the largest suite and absolutely loved it, but also felt after leaving that we would be happy in any of the rooms! They all have beach front decks, and the view out from the hotel is absolutely outstanding. We could see large rays in the water from our deck. The feel of the hotel is airy and bright, with large, living trees bursting through the stairwells and lobby. It is also literally right next to the best dive shop on the island, Sun Divers. If you are going to Roatan for diving, this could not be a more ideal set up. Also, the restaurant at The Beach House, Mila del Mar, is excellent. We tried most of the restaurants in West End, as well as the restaurant at Ibigari, and felt strongly that the food at Mila del Mar was the best -- highly underrated!! Between the restaurant, the beach, and the dive shop next door, we had everything we needed within a few steps. Totally seamless experience, very relaxing, and we look forward to returning!…

The room was gorgeous. Not only was it clean and smelled great, the view to the water was incredible. The sheets were clean, the decor was modern, the AC was phenomenal and perfect for getting out of the heat. The bathroom was nice and had everything you’d need - housekeeping came once a day to replace towels and make the bed. The drying rack for the clothes on the balcony was a nice touch. The balcony was beautiful at sunset and the water was clear and beautiful. The beach in front of the hotel was always clean and the sand was raked every morning to keep sandflies away. The pier was romantic especially after being lit up after dark. The food was incredible and we tried every dish on the menu - the drinks were great too and very creative and tropical. We had such a great time we’ll be back very soon. …

Beautiful hotel with an excellent and friendly staff who remembers your name and makes you feel like family. The restaurant also has some of the best food on the island and the grab-n-go breakfast is perfect before a morning dive!

Everything about the beach house is perfect: the location at half moon bay, the beautiful and modern rooms, the view, the wonderful restaurant, and the outstanding staff that have been so kind, helpful, and accommodating every time we visit. This is the place that makes Roatan feel equally like home and a fantastic vacation all at once.

Perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The ability to walk right out onto the beach was amazing. Even more incredible was the fact that Half Moon Bay has coral reefs on the far left and far right of each side of the bay. Friendly staff & restaurant on site made our stay so enjoyable. The front desk staff (Kathy) was very helpful booking dinner reservations, taxis and giving advice. It’s rare today to find such knowledgeable and kind concierge’s. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel again

We had a great time at the Beach House. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The restaurante was outstanding. The beach is private and beautiful. The staff were easy to work with when booking excursions. And it's in a central palce where you can walk to other local stores and restaurants. We'll be staying here from now on when we visit. Thanks for a wonderful time!

The hotel was lovely. Big rooms, great ocean view, nice staff. The restaurant was wonderful. Good food, and friendly and efficient servers Bonnie, Jeannie and Andromeda. Ate breakfast there every morning and many lunches.
