This Hotel on the beach is simply amazing. Clean, bright, quiet. The staff so willing to do whatever they can to make your stay the best. Polite, very friendly. The food in the upstairs restaurant is very good. Fantastic place for breakfast, with beautiful views of Half Moon Bay. We were lucky in chosing this place, and we will be back again!

Was a little bit unsure of the choice given the price on what seemed to be the main strip of West End, but exceeded all expectations! They've managed to create just what the price suggests, a warm, welcoming, peaceful and extremely friendly refuge where everything is easy, the food delicious, and the surroundings beautiful and comforting. With the covid uncertainty, they showed a lot of understanding and flexibility as well. Either way, this was a fantastic little escape to end 2020, and we look forward to coming back!

Just returned from a little over a week and still smiling from a trip of a lifetime, which had to be rescheduled many times due to COVID. Can’t say enough kind things about this beautiful hotel and it’s wonderful staff. Sierra was a huge help with the frequent cancellations and assisting with excursions, dinner recommendations/reservations and more. Don’t think I’ve worked with a more professional/helpful manager at any property. That same attitude was reflected in the rest of the staff from Kathy and Jolissa (sp?)and all the wait staff to Henry in maintenance, Alex the driver and everyone we encountered. Chef Joxan and his kitchen team are among the finest on the island and the menu prices were very reasonable. The highlight was when he prepared the tuna we caught on a fishing trip 5 different ways. The location was perfect for strolling through West End with water taxi service, fishing, snorkeling and dive boats right on the beach. We’re so glad we chose this unique property and grateful for the opportunity to spend the last week of a lousy year in paradise. We hope to return as there is so much more to do and see in beautiful Roatan. Thanks for the amazing family memories!

We visited Roatan in March and were stranded due to Covid19 when our flights home were all cancelled & the airport closed for a week. While we weren’t staying at the Beach House we checked out the rooms etc. in case we wouldn’t be able to stay at our original accommodation. The rooms and location were fabulous while reasonably priced & I would highly recommend this hotel. Karyn, one of the owners was extremely helpful in connecting us with a What’s app chat group that gave us important information about the situation on Roatan and arranging new flights home. We had breakfast there several times & the food & service were excellent! I highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I stayed at The Beach House in March. We arrived the day before Honduras closed their borders due to COVID-19. We can't say enough about the staff during what could have been a stressful time. Karyn and Chuck made sure we were always in the loop with any news about getting a flight back to the US and hooked us up with a group that eventually got us home. While it could've been quite unsettling not knowing how we would get back, it was actually very lovely. The weather was great. The hotel sits right on a beautiful beach which was empty. The hotel restaurant was allowed to stay open and they had excellent food. We also had a great room - room D. It is at the top of the hotel and had a private balcony with amazing views. We will definitely be back once everything returns to normal. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your kind review and we are glad you loved Suite D as much as we do! Thank you for your patience during what could have been a very stressful time and we are glad you were able to get home safely. When everything settles, Roatan will be waiting for you both! See you soon.
