A wonderful place to stay if you want somewhere economical to relax in beautiful surroundings away from the crowds.In fact the location of these rooms is ideal as they are within very close walking distance of all the major sites and yet far enough from the road and city centre so that you can avoid noise.The views from the garden are spectacular.The hosts are very friendly and welcoming,they are on hand to help with anything you need and can prepare a delicious breakfast on request.Good facilities in the room which was well-heated and clean.Excellent value for money.

I booked it via booking.com (which was never the site you can rely on) and the day before arrival they cancelled my booking "because of the earthquake". I was at Ohrid and there were no earthquakes. It is very mean to make a girl look for another accomodation with a big bag when it is +35C and all hotels are full! Wish the owner will be treated the same way!

Very good views and nice apartment. The owners are very helpful and taking care about host since first minute. They grabbed us a coffee just arrived and it helped us to recover energy! Moreover Clement make us a gift form their own winery! A super homemade wine! Very recommendable

I stayed with my girlfriend there for a couple of days in June 2016. Owners - Trajanka & Klemens - are extremely friendly and helpful and they will immediately make you feel like at home. Great price as well.

Very affordable - we paid 96EUR total for three nights for a room with a view. Beautiful view over the town and lake. Very quiet location. Free parking beside the building, but it's a bit tricky to maneuver into. The building itself is also hard to find. We spent a while driving/walking around until we were able to find it. Hosts are warm people, wish we spoke a common language! We didn't interact with them much while they seemed to be having a really nice time with other guests who shared a common language. The man did give us a bottle of his homemade wine when we left. Wifi worked very well. Long climb up the hill from the centre so might not be the best place for people with mobility issues.

We've stayed at Chardak Apartments in late September, 2014. Our apartment had a million dollar view over Ohrid lake all the equipment we needed. Also free and fast speed wi-fi and, although we didn't reserve breakfast, we "couldn't" leave before our hosts served us morning coffee and snacks on balcony. We loved the peaceful home atmosphere and that is why staying at Chardak Apartments was a really nice experience.
