This hotel was the filthest hotel we have ever stayed in, it wasnt just dust it was filth. The bedding looked dirtym the first room we were given was supposed to be a deluxe twin IT WAS NOT. the pool was green. We were moved to another hotel which was better.
This is our first time traveling to siwa. The hotel is far worse than we expected, the rooms are much different than the ones shown in the pictures on different websites. The rooms were very dirty and unclean, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept for a long period of time, and the pillows were very smelly and stained to the point that they looked literally yellow. The quality of the beds and the furniture in general was very low and should get replaced with ones with much better quality. In addition the shower and the water tap in the bathroom were covered with rust and we weren't comfortable at all while using the utilities in the bathroom. The swiming pool was also very dirty and literally looked green that nobody could swim in it. The restaurant was good but it could be better if more varieties were available. The staff was friendly and nice to deal with. Apparently we weren't that comfortable during our stay and the place provided no coziness. Unfortunately we dont have any pictures of the things in our complain.…
A very good location, lovely hotel clean and well situated. It includes a spring. Rooms are good with bathroom and Ac and fridge. Food is good specilly the siwan recipes, Staff very helpfull, five minutes from market and old shally. Outdoor gardens with plenty of palm trees.
My husband and I traveled to Egypt for the first time in October 2019, and the Siwa Oasis was hands down the best part of our trip. This review is written in context: if you are a traveler who is expecting a 5-star luxury experience in this tiny town in the middle of the Sahara, may I suggest you change your expectations. This is a humble establishment, and it was charming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I do not entirely understand the "2 twin beds" design for couples. The air conditioner worked well, which was a lifesaver! The food was fresh and delicious (and included in the price)...we had a 3 course dinner each night, and our breakfasts were made to order as we walked into the restaurant. We thought the grounds were delightful: we picked fresh dates off the trees and ate them, and you feel as though you're wandering through an enchanted palm forest when you walk to your room. We would stay here again!…
Prices are fair and inexpensive. A small breakfast is included.. The rooms are simple but will ac and a fridge and clean. The grounds are tranquil in setting. Only problem we had, the wifi stopped working. The staff is friendly and helpful.
- location near the market - abdo restaurant - Cafe- bank - bus station - rooms are clean and comfortable. - out door gardens are amazing. - Breakfast was great. - friendly staff - receptionist Ahmed is great
Very nice hotel, with gardens, and indoor and outdoor common area. We stayed in the low budget double room, which was enough, and with reasonable price. It is about 600 meters from the center of the city, but far enough to be quite and isolated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good with variable opsions open buffet.
A quiet and peaceful stays...appreciate the natures. Don't expect more than the basic...be like local so that you are happy. Restaurant serves many types of local breads with sides menu. Loves the breakfast although simple but enough. May is hot seasons...many mosquitos...flies...take more precautions if you are sensitive with all these
Nice traditional place, rooms are average but clean. Breakfast & dinner buffets are average, but food is delicious. Friendly staff & very helpful. Location of the hotel needs improvements. Near to the main market of the city. Rooms need extra blanket as the weather is cold at night.
