My room was 216 and there were rats in my room.Then i went to new one it wasn't clean at all.Beds were full of sand and also blankets were so dirty.Besides there is almost no service.I asked for hot water and they bring me rusted teapot. I don't recommend this place to any one.

Terrible hotel not clean at all, we found a mouse in the room twice and they didn't take any action to clean the area and when we switched rooms, we found the room not cleaned at all and the switched us to double room although we were 3 . It was the worst days of my life

I will try to make this as brief as possible The hotel location is extraordinary, with wonderful relaxing views and friendly staff. The problems were: 1- Too cold at this time of year with no heating at night. 2- the lights go off everyday, ranging from couple of hours to more than half the day...meaning, not enough hot water for...

The location of the resort is fantastic. It's charming. So quiet on the big lake with marvelous view with a small mountain behind. The room is so clean with lake view. The rooms are in the form of cave. But there is no source of heating. The weather was so cold especially at night. The breakfast is good it's so...

NEVER CALL YOUR CLIENT TWICE IF YOU ARE NOT SURE !!!!:( Maybe it is good place! But i have a major concerns regarding reservation team. They did not provide enough information or clear answer when I ask about booking availability 3 month from now, they said we don't have enough rooms, then they called me back saying "we will manage...

If you need to take off all your stress and life thinking problems, you will find a peaceful place with friendly people. The place includes salt lakes, fresh water spring and also a small kind fountain. The huts are clean and facilitated with individual bathroom. The resort includes a party place with DJ sound system and lights.

It's a great place with lake view and friendly staff the huts are simpplease le and Eco friendly The water from the tap had a bad smell and taste while the shower wasn't the same it was good water I do recommend it to anyone searching for relaxation outside the traffic city The breakfast was good

Wow four session can pass on you on one day .... This resort is amazing -it's quiet, neutral and very dreamy . one of the best spots you could ever be! very quite and calm. The lake, the Bungalows, the sunset , the reflection of mountains on the lake specially on moonlight lights. a place you'll always come back to :)
