I'm the first in Egypt. And I am very glad that I chose this hotel. We went with a bunch of friends and it was an incredibly cool vacation. The kitchen is for every taste, the level of food is gorgeous. The territory is huge, there is where to walk. To go to the sea from the pantone and the reef is magnificent, there is also for children from the beach. All staff are friendly, immediately come to the rescue, they will solve any problem. Animators on top, all active and friendly. There is always something to do and play. I especially liked water aerobics and zumba with Zezo. Very active, friendly and funny guy. Zezo zinger, charges everyone with his energy, this is very cool. Anyone who wants to buy a ticket to a night disco, the animators take us out in the evening and return us back, they will not leave us and if that helps. Evenings are always a lot of fun. I spent here 2 weeks with my husband.The services are not 5 star. I would say 3.5 at most. However other things provided compensation hence I gave 4 star as a review. Summary of our experience : Facility5*: beautiful,well kept,clean.amazing garden and view. Location5*: great beach,coral reef is wonderful,however many times red flag to walk to the end and do snorkling there due to weather. You can go to the direct beach at all times into a small area within the reef. Water there very warm. Food and drinks4*: restaurant selection is great.Only at breakfast only some funny sausage so plan with meat consumption over lunch and dinner. Entertainment4*: there is an amphitheatre where there are 30 minutes shows each evening with kids entertainment beforehand. When animators performed it was not good but when professional dancers came, or there was a fire show at the beach,it was great. Besides there is live music at the main building every night,ehich was always good. There were sports programs throughout the day for which animators invited the guests,if yoy were around you would kbow,otherwise you would have no clue whats going on,only if you find the small building on which there is a 1 pager of the programs. Aqua fitness is worth doing every day at 12. Spa and wellness:we never tried, but certainly there was someone trying to sell it to you every day continuously.Same goes for diving and boat trips the hotel has,which we also did not do(we went to those with our travelling agency) Gym2*: the gym I was surprised about, small,no towels(!!!) Or any papertowel with sanitiser to at least clean the equipment after use. Not even a polifoam or matrace to lay down and exercise/stretch,except the one I found after 30 minutes which was extremely dirty,in the corner. There is just a dirty water machine,not even a toilet. We went twice only throughout 2 weeks for these reasons. I dont recommend it. Staff3*: Now this is 3 star,because the rest of the good experience compensated so that I dont write a bad review. Unbelievable that the staff does not speak English but they speak Russian only. I can see that the hotel guests are 70% russian speakers and the remaining 30% are from Western Europe plus local people,but that doesnt mean the staff should not speak English or any other western european language(german,french etc) For this reason,I think its clear that anything you wanted to ask was a bother. Front office: It took us 35 minutes to check in at the front desk at 10pm where we were the only guests arriving. 6 people were scanning our passports for 10 times to comprehend whats going on.10 more minutes until we could get to our room by a cart car as we had to wait for someone to drive us, Only to reach a room which was nowhere near 5 star. Broken lamps and towel shelf,no roof for the balcony(you can imagine that in the heat its there),secluded area looking at the staff building etc. So the next day we waited for our local travel agent to help us exchange to another room;same category room but somewhere else. It took 1.5 hours. We got room 2287 which was a good location at the middle,the room set up was copy paste compared to the first except nothing was broken or not working. So we were fine. Restaurant services: beware of these:we did not go at rush hours but still we hardly found clean plates,glasses and cups we always had to wait for and no waiter has ever asked us what we want to drink. There were drinks you can pour for yourself,given they did not run out,which they always were and then I could play "Activity" and show to someone to refill.Utensils you had to run around for at all times. There was also a staff change for week 2(sep7-sep13) ,clearly much worse and more chaotic then what we experienced over week one.(aug 30-sept6) You can choose 1 occasion to go to one of the ala cart restaurants if you book(it took us a day to figure this out).We went to the Asian,it was a perfect choice-superb food,great service. There was only one staff member over this period,Ramy, from the Blue and Sand bars who is truly professional,I would like to recommend him. Speaking English,always greeting,remembering what you need,fast,effective,nice and understands what you want. In total there were 2-3 encounters with staff who did speak English, otherwise the staff did not care much that you are standing in front of them-if they were arguing in the local language when you arrived,they will finish it before they look at you only to realise that you dont speak Russian and then give the face of "ok what you want". ll in all, if you are looking for a wonderful location,with good food,and tidy and beautiful surroundings and ok entertainment I recommend this hotel. If you are a Russian speaker,you will have the 5* experience

It was amazing 7 days in Sharm el Sheikh. We really like this hotel. We have big good room, cleaned every day. The territory is huge and beautiful. Different kinds of food in the restaurant. Especially we liked animation team (Zizo and Ania) they are really funny. Thank you for great time.

Rested with friends at the hotel. I liked the hotel, the large and clean area. Tasty and varied food. Animation works well, there is one BUT animator Zezo, he did not behave culturally, was not pleasant to communicate, rude. In general, the hotel is good, came here to rest again, the main thing is that there should be no animator Zezo.

The hotel itself is incredibly excellent and the rooms, the sea, the greenery, and the territory, there is a lagoon where you can go barefoot, many pools and 2 restaurants, + the food is always varied, meat and fish are grilled every night, crabs and once a week shrimp.
