Relaxed family in December 2024 and were very pleased with the holiday 👍 hotel is beautiful - the area is very well maintained and clean , everything is green and neat 🌴 pools clean 👍 everything is taken care of every day! Rooms are good , if you pay extra , then you can move into a room with new renovation . The location of the room we came across was wonderful, we were between the restaurant and the sea in the middle , we were very comfortable 😊 cleaning offered every day , we did not need it , used cleaning once every 2-3 days . The main restaurant is a separate kind of fun 😃 apparently the building after renovation - all new and modern. The food is very delicious and varied buns , salads , hot, pastas , snacks , sweets , fruit for any taste 🔥 animation every day 🫶🏻 first children's disco , and then the show itself , we went every day ) the team of animators are just masters of their craft ) with them was fun , they are always positive and with you on the same page , very nice that special attention was paid to the children 🥰 and will joke and play ) during the day also always entertained something, morning charging , then zumba (especially I liked 🥰) , volleyball , held competitions , we managed to be at the foam party . The guys did well and gave their full commitment to their work, so kind to themselves that they didn't even want to leave 👍 For children on the territory 2 playgrounds and children's center )) the grounds are beautiful , but the center itself did not like , apparently there has been no repair in a long time and everything is not very good , dark and not very clean , went once and did not go there anymore ((( here I would advise you to improve . On the beach is very clean sand , every day it is leveled as soon as people left the beach area , especially you could see the difference , if you look at the area of the nearby hotel 😀 And also on the hotel grounds walks a man from the hotel named Shark and sells excursions - it is very convenient ) through the tour operator more expensive , we went )) In general we had a great time and once again came back here , the staff is very friendly, smiley and friendly 🫶🏻 I'll leave the pieces of our vacation here ❤️

I went to Egypt for the first time and stayed the parrotel beach resort with my husband, mother and 4 month old baby. It was my baby’s first holiday. I can honestly say Thai hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hospitality was just amazing. We stayed in room 1105/1103 for 14 nights. The hotel & staff are just amazing they made our stay memorable. Food was delicious.
I would really like to thank the following people for making our stay wonderful. Front office manager- Mohammed Hamid.. who allowed me to check out slightly later as my baby was not well. He was just absolutely brilliant & service was number one.
Mr. Saeed Khairy who was every so helpful and smiling always.
Chef Nagy.. who ensured that we enjoyed every meal on the hotel. Outstanding food.
Mr Hesham, who looked after us in the restaurant
Chef - Yasser.. his Italian food was amazing
And too all management in the picture and staff they were just brilliant.
I highly recommend to visit parrotel beach resort when visiting Egypt. They will make your experience amazing

Have a good time! We are very lucky that we chose this hotel ✨😊 We were at the hotel from 12-19.09.2024. Arrive at night, fly 6 hours + wait at the airport, tired very much. At the hotel we were quickly checked out and taken to our room + helped to deliver the suitcase. The room was nice, spacious and had a spacious balcony. The room has a hairdryer, a illuminated mirror and in the bathroom and room, shower gel and soap as in standard hotels and how they ended up bringing, tv, fridge, safe, air conditioning. Since it was already night, they brought us a snack in our room, it was very handy🙌 On the morning I was amazed by such beauty😍 so many palm trees🌴flowers of all kinds, human-sized cacti, thank you very much to the gardeners who take care of these beautiful plants so carefully. The food is always delicious and varied, always make an omelette to order or icing- optional, fish always eaten, I recommend fillets, there were more crabs, and beef in general is divine, garnishes are enough (rice-2species, mashed potatoes or fried, bulgur, pasta, pasta maybe something else I missed) salad sea, soups are always different every day, refreshments juices lemonade, alcohol. The pool is clean, always washed by a spec guy in the evening. A water vacuum cleaner saw 😅 There is a bar by the pool and a diner there makes burgers and fries, ice cream, fruit. There's also a bar on the beach and a diner but no ice cream. The sea was always with the Red Flag from morning to lunch, maybe we were just so unlucky but the beauty of the fish and the sea itself was impressive to me! Get masks and aqua-shushuses! There's no sandy beach, just coral. The hotel has animators, throws $7 foam parties or invites to various parties at other discotheques in Sharm el Sheikh for an extra fee of $15-25. Took a yacht tour with a dive and visit to the snow white island (Maldives) of course there were so many people on the same island that the island itself is practically invisible😅 but the trip and scuba dive itself was chic! My husband did well, I'm not allowed to dive, as low blood pressure is 90/60, but I was wearing a mask and could also see fish and corals, bring underwater cameras or phone covers to film underwater. But we were filmed on a pro cam underwater when there was a dive, it was beautiful asked for $40 we took because beautiful was the video and cool turned out photos, on the yacht we were fed lunch were shrimp-yummy! In general we really enjoyed our vacation, maybe it was the coincidence of stars or just our positive attitude helped us that we didn't have to pay separately for room and other services in this hotel, but I would go there again without thinking! Thanks for your attention 😊✨

Been back for just over week and already missing the place. The staff are incredible. My cleaner Aziz always did a good job of my room and is particularly talented with his towel sculptures. The guys behind the bars always happy to assist and have a chat. The buggy man Tamer always happy for me to hitch a ride to my room which was a bit of a trek. Food was good and drinks well I had lots and the premium beer pretty cheap just incase you don't get along with the all-inclusive beer. A particular special mention to Mr Mohamed Emad (Beverage Manager) Who very kindly allowed me to visit my friends at Parrotel Lagoon where I stayed in November who once again welcomed me back and treated me as if I was a guest thank you very much. I highly rated both hotels no matter what sort of holiday you are after. Hopefully see you everyone soon.

We stayed at this resort for two weeks. After an initial problem with the assigned room (indecent) we were moved to the "new area" near the reception. Cleanliness of the external areas was very well done (while the older rooms are in my opinion very dirty and lack maintenance: I found a minibar that was leaking water, wardrobe doors that were only closed, cigarette burns on the furniture, a bathroom that I avoid describe this in the first rooms proposed to me). Very large village but not excessively dispersive. Animation for Italy non-existent if you don't know Egyptian or Arabic and Russian. Even among the staff, who are always extremely kind, few know a few words of Italian or English. Little varied cuisine, certainly not suitable for those looking for "pasta and pizza", we prefer the typical local cuisine with "salvation" foods (white rice and boiled potatoes always present) but I can assure you that it is useless to bring the family-sized baratollone from home of Nutella: he always presented jams, chocolate... Definitely not a 5 star, not even for Egyptian standards (I speak from experience)

Rested in Egypt 5 times and as if expect nothing luxury)))) But this hotel has disappointed , there is practically nothing at all but beef and rice + vegetables The area is nice, big. The main pool is not heated... You can only swim in the cave , there is a heated pool , shallow Swimming managed to go to sea 2 times, the rest of the time was a red flag In the morning you come to get a beer, they pour you from a bottle in the glass , then in 20-30 minutes , come to get more , say no beer, want to pay 2$ and pour )))) Everyone is angry, but foreigners are treated differently) Standing on a bar, talking -two gintonics please. And he does his own thing, but as soon as he sees the Germans coming, he immediately starts pouring them juice and almost runs to hand it to them, and you stand and wait for it to be poured))) Towels are issued by card All the days they were walking around wondering why they were giving us towels so lifelike, ripping And next to us were couples from England, Germany (they have nice blue terry towels) The early days didn't even pay attention to it. And then they looked closely and realized that all foreigners have such towels, and we are purposefully given such worn ones) Guys, bring your cups (plastic, disposable whatever you want) But don't drink from their glasses. They already used glasses rinse, don't even wash , I even had ashes floating in my gintonica)))) because someone had previously used the glass as an ashtray.
I'm not talking about the room, I was on the first day I went into the bathtub, I thought I was in some hostel, all yellow, dirty, broken hose and Lake, it was scary to get a hold of, iron sticking out of it. After cleaning the bed in 10 days never changed the towels, we left the janitor each time 2$ and he cleaned, and if they did not leave , there would already be a question)))
Animation only starts at 21:30 (dancing, music , performances)
No animation from the word at all during the day. Music plays exclusively (Italian , English) and quietly
I'll say it again. I didn't expect any luxury, etc., but the hotel is only 3*

Such a lovely hotel. We are just back from yet another most enjoyable three week holiday at Parrotel Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived we received a very warm welcome in the beautiful Reception . This area is extensive with lots of comfortable furniture and is extremely spacious. All of the Front Office staff including Mohamed, Reda and Ahmed were always in hand to assist with any help we might need.
All members of the Concierge team were most helpful but particularly Tamer for whom nothing is too much trouble.
All of the bedrooms are a large size and enjoy WiFi as do all other parts of the resort. Our housekeeper, Ayman, again looked after us during our stay. Nothin was too much trouble for Ayman who was very efficient in servicing our rooms.
The main Restaurant is very airy and pleasant. We received a very warm welcome from Mohamed, the Manager,, who is very active in ensuring that everything is as it should be. There is a wide variety of food available especially lots of fresh fruit, enticing desserts and a wide range of salads. The bakery section is well worth a visit with amazing croissants, cakes and breads.
On site are also an Italian Restaurant and Fish Restaurant. Also there is a snack bar on the beach and various other snacks available during the day.
Well worth a mention are the extensive beautiful grounds with waterways and many attractive bridges. The team of gardeners work tirelessly to keep the gardens in tip top order.
The large pool area is beautifully kept with lots of sun beds well spaced.
The beach is large with a long jetty from which one can swim, snorkel and scuba dive.
There are three attractive bars in the resort, the Toucan Bar off of Reception, the Pool Bar and the Beach Bar.
We are very much looking forward to our next visit.

An amazing holiday Greeted with a smile manager asked if we want to upgrade for a very reasonable price and went above and beyond , Room was lovely and clean and the cleaners was polite , honest and more than understanding if you needed them to come back later. The bar staff especially Ali was amazing he did not stop and made sure we was never without a drink and played with our children. The food although slightly repetitive was cooked great. The lifeguard mainly in the heated pool Mohammed did everything you could ask for put our towels on our bed had fun with the children and nothing was too much . The spa treatment sold to us by Mohammed was great the guy is a true gem honest hardworking and gives great advise on your stay in Egypt . The entertainment was great and the staff that arrange it was great. We will certainly return cannot recommend highly enough.

I want to write an honest review about the hotel. My husband and I lived in this hotel from October 30th to November 6th. During this time, we had nothing to complain about. Everything was so perfectly thought out. Down to the smallest detail. Let me start by saying that upon arrival we were politely We were greeted and treated to the divine drink KARKADE in cold form. This was the most necessary thing after the unusual stuffiness on the street. Further, the location of all the rooms in the hotel is very cleverly thought out. It is not necessary to overpay for a room with a sea view. The sea is visible from all sides. The restaurant is also located in the right place. The food at the hotel is very varied and tasty. Every time they try to pamper you with something delicious. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They will help you instantly. The rooms are cleaned every day. Everything smells fresh and delicious The hotel's animators try their best to entertain guests all day long. Exercises, volleyball, and a show program for both children and adults take place every day. Special respect to the manager of this hotel. From early morning until late evening, he always personally walks and monitors for order in each section of the hotel. And also, when checking into the hotel, you choose one free dinner in a fish or Italian restaurant. We enjoyed seafood here. In general, our vacation was a great success. I definitely recommend this hotel. I wish you further prosperity and more grateful visitors 😘❤️👍

Parotel Beach resort is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, from the moment we arrived their staff were professional, tentative, friendly and honestly went above and beyond for us right up until the minute we left. The food was fresh, super flavourful and the wide variety of different cuisines they offered catered to everyone. We had a beachfront luxury room that was a decent size, clean and well decorated, though the bed was not particularly comfortable to sleep on and some of the electrical outputs do require updating such as the Wi-Fi router and air-conditioning. The one main negative for us would be the alcohol quality, specifically the spirits, which was extremely poor, so we resorted to purchasing our own from a local off-licence. Otherwise we can fully support the five star rating this hotel has, and intend to book another holiday back with them at the end of the year (Dec 2025).
