    Simply the Best
Let me start by saying I have been lucky enough to have traveled extensively throughout the world and stayed at some of the best and worst hotels over 5 of the 7 continents. The current situation with regard to Coronavirus has closed most hotels and resorts worldwide so I was obviously aprehensive to spend 10 nights at the Rixos Sharm El Shelkh. However, from the moment you enter the resort it is clear Rixos is a premium quality brand that has embraced the additional care of their guests to protect them as far as possible from the current pandemic. The resort has included the a la carte resturants to the all inclusive package which is a stroke of genius! It allows the guests to be socially distanced and relieves the pressure on the main resturant. The standard of cleanliness, service and attitude of the staff projects a feeling of luxury, comfort and relaxation. The resort is well maintained, rooms are well furnished and cleaned daily to an excellent standard, the cleaning staff throughout the resort are courteous and discreet. The facilities such as the pools, gym and spa are well maintained and fully staffed, likewise the numerous bars around the resort. The Lagoon Bar, run by Ramon and his team, make every day special, and the Sunset Bar on the beach is always a great place to be. The guests are ferried around the resort by a regular golf cart bus service which is amazing, Aladin is a driver I will never forget for his ability to make me smile just by asking if I wanted a lift. The resturants are numerous and the food is excellent in all of them, the chefs work tirelessly to ensure a huge variety of dishes are available under the toughest circumstances due to the additional protection put in place as a result of the pandemic. The waiters and waitress's, particularly Ibrahim, are attentive and prove that nothing is too much trouble to ensure the guests are comfortable and have everthing they want. The day and night time entertainment is excellent with pool fitness classes, darts and beach games in the day and a stunning musical show and DJ at night to finish your day. The entertainment staff and guest relations work tirelessly to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. In short, the resort has taken on an incredibly complex task in opening and implementing the protective measures required due to the current pandemic. Their efforts are simply amazing and are an example to the hotel industry in general. The Manager; Mr Sherif Kasseb, should be proud of his achievment, and the incredible team he has supporting him. They have truly managed to bring a little bit of normality back to an otherwise chaotic world. Thank you to all at the Rixos, from Justin & Marina Room 8004.
Dear Valuable Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about Rixos Sharm el Sheikh We are delighted to read you had such an enjoyable stay- thank you for your comments they have been shared with our entire team. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon Best Regards

    Lovely Egypt again and again!
This was our third successive visit to Rixos, the food and service was good, and our room was always kept spotless by our houseman, a bowl of fresh fruit was put in the room upon arrival, fridge also replenished daily. We didn't manage to get to eat in all the restaurants, the ones we chose were excellent, back next year to try the rest! The beach was a great place to sun bath, good sun beds, waited on by Islam who never seemed to stop serving drinks all day. The pools were well looked after and spotless, gardens and grounds were well kept by several gardeners. The waiters during all meals were all very attentive, making sure coffee and tea was always topped up, clean napkins for every table replaced after previous user. Will be back for sure!
Dear Mr. Dave, Warm greetings from sunny Sharm El Sheikh! We are being genuinely grateful that you chose the time and shared a review about your vacation with us, we would like to seize this chance and express our gratitude for your positive comments. We are at your service to provide you with an exclusive treatment and utmost courtesy to guarantee you a most pleasant stay. We look forward to welcoming you back! Best Regards, Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Family

Wonderful Hotel and Staff.. Terrible Airport
It was great that the possibility of returning to Sharm after so many years away due to various matters has now arisen. The last place in Sharm we visited was the Rixos, it was so great that we really wanted to return. We were not disappointed, the hotel rooms did show their age in some parts but were nevertheless impeccably cleaned. The room was maintained this time by Ali who did a superb job with the customary towel art that was well received. The food was excellent and could not be faulted the main restaurant and the al la carte were simply superb. The staff and locals were very happy to see English return. Covid precautions were excellent staff all vaccinated, wearing masks and were noticeable hand washing and sanitising. We chose to eat outside. Entertainment seemed to be popular we do not do late nights so we cant comment. The pools were wonderfully maintained, a good outcome of the Covid restrictions was no towel card which gave permission for those wanting to hog best spots and go out had their towels removed and there was a good rotation for all guests of different spots. We tried bar meals and drinks and the service given again by a faithful few attendents were excellent there was no waiting the skills of the waiters and barman multi lingual and memories which were astounding remembering guests their likes and dislikes. There was a good number of russian guests that didn't tend to mingle but the other Baltic states were keen to have a conversation and share quite in depth conversations which was lovely., I was embarrassed at my lack of lingual skills and the abilities of other nationalities. We had a minor issue with one of the shops trying to take advantage with prices, the shop worker was told my opinion and we chose to shop at Rixos Seagate and shopping mall opposite which was excellent. The shuttle runs regularly to Rixos Seagate which was the family version of Rixos a superb complex. The bad...... The Airport What a disorganised shambles. Leaving we and other passengers were left queuing for in our case 2 and half hours. The luggage conveyor had an issue which magnified a very poor system. A terrible intercom so you cant here what comes over the tanoy, workers just screaming in large rooms you couldn't hear, the tension was absolutely terrible we had no chance even for a sit down toilet etc. Then officers were letting people out of the gates and back in without any search it was calamitous and open to abuse at all levels.
Dear Valued Guest, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adult Friendly. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. I will share your comments with our team. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. Sincerely,

I would like to say that RIXOS hotel is the best place you can spend great vacation time in . Everything is great restaurants . Food. entertainment teem . rooms . actually the whole staff are very friendly specially Norhan ehab she is really great girl. By the way this is not the first time for me in Rixsos and it will not be the last time . But there is a small note There is a person his name is hany Kamal In my personal opinion, it is not suitable to represent the name of the Rixos Hotel.

This was our honeymoon, we have had the best 11 nights at rixos, the staff have been amazing and are a credit and an asset to the rixos group. Hany the lagoon pool bar manager has been amazing and very attentive never left us without anything we had everything sometimes before we even knew we wanted it exceptional service overall really nice man. Ali Ramadan life gaurd, every morning we were greeted with 2 sunbeds he layed the towels down moved the umbrella to give us the shade needed and he would always have an ashtray as he knows my wife smokes once again exceptional service. Eslam bar man, very fast service always with a smile, nothing was ever to much of an ask, you ask and you get exceptional once again. This was our 1st time here at rixos and we have already looked to book to come back in May 2024. Rixos are amazing at the smallest details to make your experience amazing and they are always improving where they can to better your experience. All of the shuttle bus drivers have all been amazing, Ali baba was great fun we always had a great laugh with him and he would pick a flower from the garden for my wife when ever we jumped on the bus a credit to this place he made our days along with solimon again so funny and just nice man he would shout hey Judy! Every time seen my wife. The restaurants are all amazing, the Brazilian was our favourite but all the restaurants and staff have been incredible. Fresh room everyday the cleaners have also been great, the minibar is topped up everyday so you are never without something to drink. The entertainment team here is exceptional some of the best shows I have ever seen. I would recommend this place 1000% exceptional in all aspects. All the staff have been amazing !

just had an amazing time here will try and put everything in but will probably forget some things , i stayed in room 4148 the entrance to the foyer is an amazing place with some different nice bars and some shops friendly staff and security team , there is also a cash machine if you are struggling to get Egyptian pounds before you go we stayed in room 4148 , lovely double room with adjoining door to separate us from the kids but there is plenty space in room and bathroom to hang clothes and store cases , our room attendant was achmad ( may have spelt that wrong ) and islam , these guys were brilliant , anything you asked they did it , they couldnt have done more for us , rooms were spotless everyday , they did an excellent job , they went out there way to help the resort is massive but there is constant golf buggies to take you places if you dont want to walk in the heat it says there is 8 pools but there is 2 main pools , one is a quiet pool and the other has music and activities at them like volleyball or water spinning classes and other games , i never had any issues getting seats together for my family , with british tradition i was down around 8 to put a towel on lounger , towels are supplied at pool if you dont want to take your own , the pool attendants would help late comers find seats and move some loungers for them , if you are away from your lounger for a few hours you lose it which helps , the pool attendants come round on there roller blades getting drink orders and food orders during the day , very helpful , plenty bottled water in the pool fridges and ice lollys you can help yourself to , even came round cleaning sunglasses and giving ice towels , the kebabs they serve were very nice , pool area is very tidy and clean i never used the other pools , there is not much seating at them so would only use them if your room is close tbh there is agents coming round selling trips , i never went on any , i did hear good things , but they are not pushy , they ask you say no and they move on the gym has good equipment in it but is small , i went once and there was 6 people in it and it was a bit crowded , never bothered after that there is one main restaurant, i always found food plenty to choose from , meat fish salad , and a lovely selection of bread and pastry's , never left disappointed , in the morning if you want omlette or fried eggs you queue for them but never more than 5 minutes , lunch and dinner was always good aswell , IHAB, in the restaurant was very helpfully , helping us get a seat and getting our drinks orders and making sure we were ok with the extra restaurants you need to book them , i stayed up to midnight to book for next day to ensure i got a table as they book out fast which i recommend doing , the indian was decent the chinese was nice but the outdoor bbq was excellent , they cook the food next to you and was really enjoyable , but if you like meat then the Brazilian is a must try , it was lovely , the guys come round with skewers of meat and shrimp with a great selection of salads , had to be rolled out and i am a big guy , definitely recommend trying these places , never tried the sushi or the salt restaurant , the salt one is by the beach and serves lunches during the day and again was excellent . the beach has bars and games on it and a nice sandy area and plenty of seats , you cant really paddle in the sea as the coral comes right up , but there is a long pier you go along and thats how you swim in the sea , i would recomend buying a snorkle before you go as the sea life around the pier is amazing and with goggles you will get a good look at it , they provided life jackets so you can float , but defo worth taking goggles , great experience we went along to the sister hotel to use the water park , again just call reception and book a transfer and the golf buggy picks you up and takes you along and brings you back , very decent water park , was therefor 4 hours , no queues on the rides so that was plenty , worth doing if you like that sort of thing there is some shops across the road and a british pub aswell , hard rock cafe and more shops are a twenty minute walk away on the whole a great destination and holiday with special mention again to achmad islam (room 4148) and ihab unrelated but the airport is a shambles , leave plenty time to get through security and there is not much to do in airport and only 15 minutes of free wifi

Favourite hotel ever ❤️ We’ve recently returned from a holiday to Rixos Seagate (we couldn’t book in at Sharm) but we’re sure to take the buggy to have lunch and breakfast a couple of times at Rixos Sharm (our fave). Everything was fabulous as always but seeing some of the wonderful staff who now recognise us and swore being super busy, go out of their way to say hello, ask how we are and welcome us back, see what we need etc is what makes such a difference. We prefer Rixos Sharm to Seagate purely because we have “been there, done that” with kids clubs etc but that’s the only reason. It caters very well for all ages but we just prefer Rixos Sharm. It was wonderful to see Mahmoud and Shaima in the buffet as well as Hany in passing too. All of them remembered us and went out of their way to make sure we were well and had all we needed. We also saw Romeo and Aladin (?) on the buggies plus the two older gents who I don’t know their names but who also welcomed us back warmly. It was really wonderful to see that Ahmed Mohamed has received a promotion - he always works so hard and always with a smile on his face (and it seems in almost every single area of the hotel 🤣). He too welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. It is the staff who make is even more special here and why we are back again (seagate again) in just 5 weeks! We love Rixos but we love the staff even more - thank you for everything and can’t wait to see you all again very very soon ❤️🇪🇬

It was my first staying at Rixos and I really happy for choosing this hotel. The place, food, entertainment, music, the service- I liked all of them. Mohamed Magdi from the guest relation team was very supportive. Meat at Brazilian stakehouse was delicious and for those who like sushi Sakura restaurant would be the best place. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for staying with your family and friends.
