just had an amazing time here will try and put everything in but will probably forget some things , i stayed in room 4148 the entrance to the foyer is an amazing place with some different nice bars and some shops friendly staff and security team , there is also a cash machine if you are struggling to get Egyptian pounds before you go we stayed in room 4148 , lovely double room with adjoining door to separate us from the kids but there is plenty space in room and bathroom to hang clothes and store cases , our room attendant was achmad ( may have spelt that wrong ) and islam , these guys were brilliant , anything you asked they did it , they couldnt have done more for us , rooms were spotless everyday , they did an excellent job , they went out there way to help the resort is massive but there is constant golf buggies to take you places if you dont want to walk in the heat it says there is 8 pools but there is 2 main pools , one is a quiet pool and the other has music and activities at them like volleyball or water spinning classes and other games , i never had any issues getting seats together for my family , with british tradition i was down around 8 to put a towel on lounger , towels are supplied at pool if you dont want to take your own , the pool attendants would help late comers find seats and move some loungers for them , if you are away from your lounger for a few hours you lose it which helps , the pool attendants come round on there roller blades getting drink orders and food orders during the day , very helpful , plenty bottled water in the pool fridges and ice lollys you can help yourself to , even came round cleaning sunglasses and giving ice towels , the kebabs they serve were very nice , pool area is very tidy and clean i never used the other pools , there is not much seating at them so would only use them if your room is close tbh there is agents coming round selling trips , i never went on any , i did hear good things , but they are not pushy , they ask you say no and they move on the gym has good equipment in it but is small , i went once and there was 6 people in it and it was a bit crowded , never bothered after that there is one main restaurant, i always found food plenty to choose from , meat fish salad , and a lovely selection of bread and pastry's , never left disappointed , in the morning if you want omlette or fried eggs you queue for them but never more than 5 minutes , lunch and dinner was always good aswell , IHAB, in the restaurant was very helpfully , helping us get a seat and getting our drinks orders and making sure we were ok with the extra restaurants you need to book them , i stayed up to midnight to book for next day to ensure i got a table as they book out fast which i recommend doing , the indian was decent the chinese was nice but the outdoor bbq was excellent , they cook the food next to you and was really enjoyable , but if you like meat then the Brazilian is a must try , it was lovely , the guys come round with skewers of meat and shrimp with a great selection of salads , had to be rolled out and i am a big guy , definitely recommend trying these places , never tried the sushi or the salt restaurant , the salt one is by the beach and serves lunches during the day and again was excellent . the beach has bars and games on it and a nice sandy area and plenty of seats , you cant really paddle in the sea as the coral comes right up , but there is a long pier you go along and thats how you swim in the sea , i would recomend buying a snorkle before you go as the sea life around the pier is amazing and with goggles you will get a good look at it , they provided life jackets so you can float , but defo worth taking goggles , great experience we went along to the sister hotel to use the water park , again just call reception and book a transfer and the golf buggy picks you up and takes you along and brings you back , very decent water park , was therefor 4 hours , no queues on the rides so that was plenty , worth doing if you like that sort of thing there is some shops across the road and a british pub aswell , hard rock cafe and more shops are a twenty minute walk away on the whole a great destination and holiday with special mention again to achmad islam (room 4148) and ihab unrelated but the airport is a shambles , leave plenty time to get through security and there is not much to do in airport and only 15 minutes of free wifi…
