The room service menu for which there is also a charge was fantastic and so cheap, a steak and chips and chicken and chips were less than £10 so when we couldn't be bothered to goto the restaurant this was a nice alternative...

I found an insect on the bread and hair in the food 3rd day : out of no where they decided they should clean the only pool they have at 3:30 pm (the peak of pool usage ) and since they already threw choloine in the water we won't be able to use it for the rest of the day so 3rd day is ruined as well moreover the animation team is a group of 3 ppl who keep shouting and their music is very local and doesn't cope with a respectful place thanks barcelo u r such a bad and poor service hotel Not recommended at all if u wanna have a peaceful , friendly and enjoyable vacation...

Mostafa, the food & beverages managers, is constantly present to ensure that everyone is content and both the food quality and the restaurant service are reflecting his work... The service is also impeccable from the front office team and their manager : my wife called to get another type of pillow and we got someone at our door within minutes... We called for laundery pick up : same, barely minutes to get someone at our door... the beach and pool area are clean and we never struggled to get beds... Again, the employees are helpful in that regard, and contrary to my fear, are not begging for tips when they help you... Cleaning service is perfect again, and comes twice a day, the second to make sure you're not missing anything... There are several vendors going bed to bed to sell massages, trips, etc... Wonderful place for family vacation.Entrance to the water along the sandy beach... Near the pools and the beach there are three bars with drinks, one also with snacks... One of the most beautiful hotels I have visited, it has a wonderful view, the food there is wonderful, the animation team there is amazing, and they have parties and entertaining games, and every time there are new games, especially Hossam. He is friendly and entertaining, and you always see him everywhere... I spent the most beautiful vacation ever and I advise everyone to go there...
