We had a very nice holiday here, food is great, pool is clean, you had a beautiful riff and a beach with camels. The animation team ist always smiling and very enthusiastic, special thanks to Vika who did her best to animate my son. Also thanks to the lifeguard team and especially Mahmoud wo cared for us every day and helped us a lot, he tried his best to helo us relaxing and the lifeteam is watching very carefully for the children in the pools.

The resort itself is amazing! The black star entertainment team especially!! Their interaction with the guests is off the charts.. Air conditioning is very good in the rooms which is needed at times as well as the maintenance and room service! Although they say the Wi-Fi is limited it is not as bad as it seems! The food is different but tasty however there is an alternative option for tricky children that may not enjoy it. All of the staff in general are very welcoming, polite and well mannered and should be respected as much as they respect their guests. Weather is incredibly hot but you will be able to relax in the heat with the resorts extensive range of pools and water slides! Overall I’ve had a really good time at the resort! And would definitely visit again!!

Amazing resort! Highly recommended! Resort is great, everything you may need is here. Location is perfect, beautiful beach, shops within walking distance and airport 30 minutes away. Food is great, tasty and always hot even if you start your meal at the last minute of the service slot. Meat lovers, vegetarians and little fussy eaters, they've got it covered. Rooms are clean and spacious. We were given a room with a beautiful sea /pool view, absolutely stunning. Beautifully arranged towels, bowl of fruits and even mosquito spray provided after mentioning our bites. In need of a bit of tlc in places but with overall service you won't be bothered about it by next day 😉 oh and key cards, yes they don't always work, so probably best to top it up at reception before you head to your room to avoid dissapointment 😉 The greenery is very well looked after, everything looks beautiful. Entertainment is really good. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much of a problem. I could go on and on about the place as we had an amazing time here. Thank you all! Ps.may I suggest tip boxes as impossible to tip everyone but they all deserve a little extra. Tips: Chill out zone Alibaba on the beach 100m to the right highly recommended Activities with 4 waves, boat trip with scuba diving and snorkeling, paragliding, quad bikes and banana ride great experience very well organised - Essam and Adam top men Sun National - Cairo by plane well worth the money …

All the staff are excellent and will go above and beyond to help you. We have three small children and the water park is amazing and the lifeguards are very good at keeping it safe. Animation every evening is brilliant and we have all looked forward to seeing what is on every night, something for everyone and all ages. The food and drink selection is big and caters for everyone, would recommend and book again!
