This is a great place to have a celebratory dinner with a large group. Ask for a tour of the extensive gardens and enjoy the museum like atmosphere found in the hotel itself. Very pretty and a good place for birding.

We found Casa Mojanda via Trip Advisor and all the enthusiastic reviews are true. Ana Maria was a thoughtful host, the room (with a marvelous fireplace!!) had stunning views in all directions, and the meals were delicious. We were only able to stay two nights, but made the most of our time -- including the much talked about 25 min...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and wish I had booked longer than two days. The location has beautiful views, most of their produce is grown on site, and the food is amazing! Individual cabins are spacious and immaculate. Highly recommend! I wish they would publish a cookbook!

Beautiful property and views (note that the Mojanda Lakes are not in sight-you must drive to them). Diego (one owner) was absolutely gracious and informative and made us feel very welcome. They have an organic garden and use the produce in meals. Breakfast is included. Dinner is $20.00 It is fresh and tasty. It includes fresh juice, tea or coffee,...

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at Casa Mojanda. The accommodations were cozy, meals were superb, but the visit was truly distinguished by the hospitality from the staff and from Anna Maria, the manager of the hotel. Our cottage was comfortable, quiet, clean, and inviting. We had a vase of fresh Alstroemeria in the room cut from Casa Mojanda's...

My wife and I have been bringing people here for the last few years for week long retreats for the following reasons: - The location itself is beyond belief, I love the views into the valley, the sunsets, the views of the volcanoes - The staff is outstanding. We bring 8-12 people each time, who come to do some powerful...

I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend this incredibly peaceful refuge. I had the best time here... the staff was so kind, so attentive, so warm. The buildings were so cozy and felt homey. The scenery is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The small hike to the waterfall was a treasured activity everyday. I loved my experience here, and will absolutely be returning next...

We were a group of All Hands volunteers and staff looking to relax after a week in Canoa building houses for Ecuadors earthquake victims. We found paradise at Casa Mojanda. Afternoons in the clouds spent fireside, and delicious and copious meals. Many ingredients from the Casa's own organic garden. This is a very special place where one can relax, kick...

In June 2016, my husband and I held our destination wedding at the incredibly beautiful and scenic Casa Mojanda in Otavalo. It was, without question, the most perfect wedding venue we could ever have imagined and it exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Casa Mojanda is nestled serenely in the Andean mountains. The various structures on the property embrace...
