Noisy but clean room. Walk-up to the rooms, no elevators. Most of the rooms have little storage for cleaning. Lots of street noise and no way to close the windows in the bathroom. Simple bath towel, no hand towels. Limited free breakfast offsite.

We stayed here for 4 days & were very happy with almost every aspect of the hotel. It is very conveniently located near Plaza de Ponchos market, the main park & the public market. The hotel is very clean, has nice public spaces & everyone who works at the hotel was professional & pleasant. A simple but good breakfast of... More

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and markets. Friendly staff! Breakfast is made to order and was super. We were there on a Sunday and was quiet. Unfortunately the spa was not operating. Accepts credit cards, which is nice to have.

Located in the middle of Otavalo, not far from the central square. Attentive staff. Rooms basic, windows to the patio could be openend. There was no restaurant on site, only a cafetaria. Breakfast was one of the best. Every morning a different fresh fruit juice.

Large rooms. Great location in the middle of Otavalo. You feel welcome. No noise from traffic, and I mean NO noise. Big areas for groups of people to sit in. The fruit we got for breakfast tasted great, and it was possible to ask for a second plate. Cleaning of the room was spotless and everything worked as expected (TV,... More

The hotel is close to the market and the main square. It has nice rooms, fairly basic, and clean. All rooms look into a central atrium. There's a restaurant onsite. Fairly quiet, reasonably priced, good value.

Good location on a main street in the centre of Otavalo. Rooms are all behind reception set around 2 courtyards. Consequently there are no outside windows which make the rooms very dark. Breakfasts nice with a choice of eggs and fruit.

Conveniently situated for the food and handicraft markets, with cafes and restaurants nearby. My 3rd floor room wasn't huge and could have done with some updating but it was functional. Free in room wi-fi, tv, no room safe or aircon. The rooms are built around an internal courtyard so there are no external windows. The hotel seems popular with foreign... More

This hotel is very nice. It is located in the center of Otavalo with easy access to the market etc. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. We had a room on the ground floor with access to the central 'square' with tables outside. The breakfast is very nice - actually one of the best we had in Ecuador. All... More

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We didn't have a family room but the rooms for parents and kids were next to each other and that felt safe enough. Massage was so so. Facilites for kids were much appreciated and used and location is perfect.
