I was in a room in the fourth floor (414) with almost no hot water (there was no pressure) and cleaning was poor (there were hair all over the floor in the bathroom). Surprise for me, refill of soap, shampoo and rinse never happen, so I had to go tonthe front desk and ask for it. Breakfast was less than...

We booked a suite with the hotel directly and were impressed how quickly they responded and confirmed. This was indicative of the service generally - very friendly and helpful at every turn. Our room overlooked the Malecon but it was incredibly quiet thanks to double glazing. Yes, that's right, double glazing in South America! We slept well there with solid...

This is a classic hotel of the city, it's located just in front of the esplanade of Guayas River. The accommodation is not luxury nor sophisticated, but the rooms are clean and the price are in the budget. Service is very kind, 24/7. And the most important about the hotel is the restaurant; food is very good, especially the "seco...

Nice surprise! The ambient music is fantastic. They have a buffet breakfast with very balanced options. One dish that surprised me was the "encebollado" (fish stew). A little portion but pretty tasty. If I had to suggest an additional option it would be wheat bread and sausages.

We stayed here en route to the Galapagos Islands and were very happy with our choice of hotel. The Ramada is located across the road from the main river walk of this city. It is also ideally located for other attractions in Guayaquil. Reception was efficient and the room fine. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and...

This hotel staff is very friendly and nice. Restaurant has great food but is slow. Had to ask for the bill. Beware, tip is included in the bill here, and, if you are a good tipper, you may go way overboard as we did if you don't check or were your glasses!!! Rooms are big but old. Bathrooms have old...

I stayed in this hotel because I was visiting Guayaquil for 2 days, My experience here was terrible. The room was dark due to the window that had an opaque glass. I didn’t like the room because I couldn’t find an appropriate socket well located for my laptop. In the morning was noisy the room so I woke up at...
