Detailed Reviews
As the Name suggests: If you are in Love with Art/Museums…. This property
is up your ally as the owners have filled the lobby, hallways and rooms with
sculptures and paintings.
The building itself is well maintained and clean.
Same goes for the hallways and rooms themselves.
Very satisfied with condition of furniture, water pressure, cleanliness.
We arrived by car, and a Big plus is that they have a private parking lot
That is accessible from inside the lobby area= so you don’t need to walk
out to street and back into the lot to get something from your car.
Something of note: Breakfast is not buffet style.
You sit and are brought two plates: one with fruit,
the other with eggs, bread empanada etc. and a coffee + juice.
So if you are not picky, this is fine. But if you prefer to decide for yourself,
What you will eat and How much =
then carefully think about this detail before booking.
In conclusion: We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
I am particular about breakfast and because of that: I will need to decide
Weather or not to go eat elsewhere on my return.

This hotel is only two weeks only when I stayed there. It's situated opposite to the very well know Hotel Oro Verde and the American Embassy. As it is so new, there was no reviews from anyone on any site so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived I was relieved to see a spanking new modern boutique hotel. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. I got checked in and given a welcome drink voucher. The room was spaciouly and nicely decorated. The location is a few further from most of the hotel situated near the Malecon 2000, however, because of this, it is so much quieter. It only takes like 15 minutes to walk to the Malecon or taxi is plentiful and cheap. Just a couple of bucks! I will certainly return again if ever I go back to Guayaquil.

This hotel is brand new, literally, i think they've been open for a month or so, the price was pretty good for what you get and I found that the service and food was great. Location wise it's on the 9 de octubre avenue close to everything in downtown and overall I felt safe when going outside. It's on the regenerated area of the city and right across from the Us Embassy.
Rooms are spacious and filled with art work which I havent really found at any other hotels i've been to.
Overall it was a great experience and I totally recommended, If i go back I'll definetly go back.

Booked as appeared to be in the centre, it was clean but found better and quieter value near to the river. Check-in took ages because they could not find the reservation. I did not find this good value for money for the city, or other places in Ecuador.

I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, comfortable rooms, price and breakfast. It also had the 5 star Oro Verde hotel across the street to try their restaurants and bar. 20 min walk to Malecón and many food options within walking distance.

The artwork an design of the hotel were beautiful. Since it is called a galleria and I am an art collector I wanted to view and appreciate the art on each floor with my assistants. The bald man at the front desk was rude and refused to allow viewing of other floors as well as refused to allow my assistants into the hotel. They were allowed into the lobby to be scrutinized with a guard sent over to stare at us and listen to our conversations. I did not let this deter my purpose for going to Guayaquil, to buy art. I purchased three major pieces of art but was afraid to have the galleries deliver them to the hotel for fear of reprimand, so I had to have my driver waste time going to each gallery to pick them up. What a pain!
The breakfast buffet was good but nothing special. It too caused problems since when I booked on line it said the buffet was included in the price of the room but they still tried to charge it to my room. I had to prove it to them in order to have the charge removed from my bill.
I have stayed in several other hotel in Guayaquil including the Wyndham, Hotel City Plaza, Ramada, Hotel Oro Verde and others and this was my first negative experience. Strange how one bad employee can make the whole expierence unpleasant.

This is a very, very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and really nicely decorated. The restaurant on the premises is good as well. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of foods to choose. This was our second time back at the Man-Ging. We will be back again when in Guayaquil. The staff is awesome! very professional and seek to satisfy the customers.

It`s brand new and a great Hotel, very nice staff, Front Desk, English spoken. Everyone else does there very best to keep you happy. Breakfast buffet is OK but no eggs on it. I was told eggs aren`t the thing in Guayaquil, so when Rome do as The Romans, but I still like eggs in the morning. Rooms are a nice size, good A/C and like the rest of the Hotel, all is new. The next time I`am in Guayaquil I`ll be staying there again, not much to complain about. A very nice Hotel. And Yes FRIENDLY, very FRIENDLY.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. The location was OK but there was not much to do close by. The window of the room was very high and horizontal sort of like in a prinson. The restaurant was problematic. We arrived at 20;30 for dinner. We were told to wait for an hour, but dinner was served at around 23:00! This hotel is fine if you are not expecting alot.

The hotel is in a nice location, easy to get to from airport, has clean rooms and a good comfortable look. The staff were nice and very polite. My only issue was that my room was on the first floor right by the street intersection which made it very noisy and hard to sleep. In addition, the air conditioning fan was extremely loud with no option to lower the speed or to turn it off. My only solution was to remove my room key from the activation slot and cut the power to the room, then, put it back in when the room gets hot. I was there for couple of nights, so I didn’t bother to change room.

I did not see any evidence of washers and dryers for individual use. Their laundry service ended up being reasonable.
Yes, laundry service and dryer.
