Detailed Reviews
We stayed there twice. Our first night and our last night as it was close to the airport. The manager Hrvoje pronounced, I think, Herewe...rather like Hereward .....couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged taxis, lugged luggage about the place, recommended a great restaurant etc.
The first time we stayed in a studio flat near the hotel. The second time in a large room in the hotel. Both times they were well laid out, very clean with good powerful showers and decent wifi....all at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

We booked this hotel through the Chase travel portal with the breakfast option included. We had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to arrange transport from Split airport. Marina arranged a driver for us at a very good price. Once we arrived, the staff were amazing. They immediately took our luggage to our top level suite and helped my wife with directions. The room was very large and easily accommodated our family of 4. Everything in the room was in excellent condition. Breakfast at the hotel was very good and staff made eggs to order for the entire family. This centrally located boutique hotel with lots of character and history is definitely one we would gladly visit again! The hotel is in a central location equidistant from the marina and center of Trogir. There are countless restaurants, shops, ice-cream shops, boat trips within 2 minute walk. Fantastic location!

This the best place to stay in Trogir. The location and service are outstanding. A small hotel with just B and B. The view from the bedroom window across the sea is fantastic both day and night. It’s a very short walk over the bridge to the old town with its shops and restaurants. Taxis can’t stop in the old town so if you book there you have to walk with your luggage through a maze of narrow streets.
With this hotel a taxi can drop you off at the door. There is no lift but the staff will take your luggage to your room.
There is a bar for drinks but the only meals are breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned and double glazed for comfort
The breakfast is typical continental with a choice of eggs
The location is great and so are the staff. All so very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Ana,Marina and Linda who were all so “ extra special “
A small hotel of around 14 rooms. It’s definitely our choice whenever we go to Trogir

Our room door was unlocked for 8h and the staff was rude about it!!
We arrive to the hotel and is given a keycard to our room as per usual at check in. We leave in the afternoon and come back to the hotel at midnight. When going to bed we notice our room door does not lock!!! We can just push it open. I walk down to the reception and the staff just tells me “it will lock 15 min after you open it with the keycard”. It sounds like a made up story but I give it a try. 00:20 I have to walk down again since the door is still unlocked and tell him there is something wrong. He almost doesn’t believe me and is giving an attitude. After he has been texting with the guy checking us in they realize they have not given us the actual key to lock the door!!! It does not lock with the card at all.
He then just gives us the key with NO “I am sorry” or apologies, no nothing! It just seems like he think that I am the rude and annoying one for coming with this problem.
Also, the standard at this hotel is not 4 star, not even close. The security is a joke. No doors on the way from the street up to the rooms are locked. They hardly close.
Bathroom window is not possible to close.
The drainage in the shower is so clogged, you stand in a pool when showering.
The furniture and interior is old and not at all as the pictures on the website. Maybe one of their rooms look like this but not our superior twin room anyway.
There were no curtains to block the windows from light. Just sheer once.
Ants walking on the walls.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have an accommodation that provides service and that cares about the visitor.

Small intimate feel, lovely staff who looked after us well and were so friendly and welcoming. Room adequate although being an occasional sleep walker I would have liked a lock on the inside of the door! Mine was not a refurbished one but I had a lovely balcony.
Great breakfast available 7am to 10 am.
Trogir is so pretty and lots to do, lots of boat trips available. Masks needed in all shops but outside of that you would think the virus was gone so we wore ours all the time!

Great business hotel, very close to the airport. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms. On site bar and restaurant. Food was super and prices were very reasonable. I saw sign for pool/Sauna/Spa but not sure what they were like,

Wasn’t impressed with this hotel - didn’t feel like 4* star quality. Location is fine but our stay was not great. The rooms are on the 4th floor so an awfully long climb with luggage. Room had a lovely view of the old city of Trogir but it was old fashioned, and very dated. No toilet paper on arrival, and never really got heating to work. Service was good and friendly but the negatives overrode the positives

Villa Sikaa is a lovely little hotel overlooking the historic city of Trogir.
We stayed here for a couple of nights in September 2004 and really enjoyed it. The rooms are generous and clean, the food excellent and the staff really helpful.
The hotel is located just outside the walled city, which is a bit of a shame, but then you do get a river view looking over to Trogir, which is about four minutes away by foot. I guess it's a question of whether you would rather see the view or be the view.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Trogir.

Vila Sikaa is an ancient hotel overlooking a canal on a heavily trafficked
street with difficulty in parking. We were there the last week of May 2005
for one night. We had intended to spend three or four nights there but
checked out after one night. As you enter the hotel, on the right side is a
motor scooter concession. The rear of the ground floor contains a bar.
The first floor is rented out and the rooms offered by the hotel are on the
second and third floor with no elevator. Some of the rooms have slanted
ceilings conducive to hitting one's head.
We were lucky to have found a lovely hotel overlookiing the Adriatic Sea
with no cars permitted because it was in the old town with wonderful
monasteries, churches, cobbled stone streets in marvelous narrow alleys.
Trogir is a mini-Dubrovnik and this section delightful. The Hotel Concordia
was in the right area and cheaper than the Vila Sikaa. It also was facing
a promenade. The staff were very accommodating. All cars in this
section have to park in a designated area.

This is a comfortable bed and breakfast with a fantastic view of the medieval town of Trogir. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was generous ("Would you like an omelette?" became the manager's first question). Parking can be a challenge but the convenience of walking into town makes it worth it! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
