Hotel looks a lot like a castle from the outside. Comfortable rooms with different sizes and decorations. Lots of interesting decor throughout the property and common spaces. On-site restaurant with good food. Fireplace in restaurant.

We only stayed for one night and breakfast, but it was obvious that the place was cared for and maintained with great love and creativity. An old barn with wine barrels and other traditional items was turned into a restaurant and the rooms are of the same style. Very interesting and inspiring. We would return in a heartbeat.

A weird hotel which looks like a small amusement park. It is located a few kilometers from downtown so it is suitable only if you are driving. Upon arrival we were met by a very unfriendly old guy, who could not speak any English and quite reluctantly registered us. My room was quite small, in evident need of a full refurbishing; the bathroom was clean but some fixtures were broken. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast was just ok. In the morning we saw a nice kind young lady who spoke a good English and presented us with a small jar of local honey. Summing up, it may be ok for a one night stop on the way to/from Bosnia.

4 of us on motorbikes travelled past this town during mid-summer season. We booked at very last moment, but still got offered 2 different rooms that were prepped up for us, the owner allocated sheltered parking for our bikes, room we stayed in was super-authentic (see photos) with plenty of space, overall the environment was exactly what you’d expect. As a small goodbye present we received one jar of locally produced honey. Great dinner, very generous breakfast....but what needs to be highly commended are the ladies working at this place - super super sweet and welcoming complementing a wonderful experience. We would recommend this hotel warmly... Thank you very much!

- unfriendly staff (not all) - food is not good - small and old room - too far from centre - wifi is working bad and slowly I was away and when I came home is saw that mess on a photo in my room. Manager just came in my room and replace table and chair with other one and threw my clothes on the floor. All that when i was not in hotel and without any question. For this money you can get much better hotel in Slavonski brod!

Rude staff (not all), average food, towels like sand paper. This is one of the worst & weirdest hotels I have stayed in. Too far from town to walk anywhere also. The manager is worse than Basil Fawlty.

This is quite an unusual hotel, the decoration is woody and not modern. It has something interesting. We stayed there one night and the room and bed were comfortable. But the man who worked at the reception is very unfriendly and cold. We had the impression of disturbing him. Unpleasant.

Totally individual property with eclectic decor and truly wonderful service. If you prefer staying in sterile "anywhere" hotels, this is not for you. If you like the unusual then it's a must. The room was clean and furnished with a nice big bed with old-fashioned draped tester. All facilities including wi-fi and hair dryer. All the staff were super friendly, and Ana surpassed herself in hospitality. We ate a super evening meal, freshly cooked and served with a welcome litre of wine. The price was very reasonable indeed. Breakfast was also a delight and Ana made a gift to us of a jar of exquisite local honey when we left. Nothing was too much trouble for this wonderful, unusual hotel and staff. Wish we could find more places like this. At £80 for accommodation and meals, we thought it was great value for money.
