Lovely little hotel with lift and nice pool area, situated around 15 minutes walk from the seafront and 5 minutes from a handy supermarket. Clean, comfortable rooms with minibar/fridge, tea and coffee making facilities (kettle plugs in behind the TV on the wall which we found unusual) and safe. WiFi works well in the room, bit hit and miss on the balcony. Hairdryer in bathroom with toiletries, bathrobes and slippers provided. Rainfall shower and lovely big bath - glass partition between bedroom and bathroom was a feature, though luckily with curtain provided for privacy. Good choice at breakfast with new items added daily although hot choices, scrambled/fried/boiled eggs, omelette (delicious) etc stayed the same. However, the staff are the greatest asset including Ana on reception who helped us no end, as did Luka. Ivana also deserves a mention along with the chambermaids who did a great job. Thanks to all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel. A little outside the city but accessible in 10 minutes on foot. The hotel has about twenty rooms which offers the advantage of having a great service. Breakfast is very good, with cooking eggs on request. The rooms are modern, all with a Balcony and the area is large. A swimming pool is accessible with sun loungers. There is free parking in front of the hotel and on the street. I recommend this hotel which offers tranquility, top service.

The staff were very pleasant and spoke perfect English. The room and bathroom were huge and beautifully furnished. There was a small balcony, we didn’t have a view, but it was nice to have the facility to sit out and dry off wet bathers etc. There was plenty of choices for breakfast, you could sit in or out. The pool was immaculate and had very comfortable sunbeds. We were able to park outside the hotel and there was a lift. The walk down to the sea front was only about 10-15 minutes away, and the public swimming areas also the same distance. There was a small supermarket at the end of the road.

The hotel is in a great location near the downtown area and walking distance to a number of good restaurants. The range of foods at breakfast was great including house-made pastries and the service was excellent. Great swimming pool too. But the service at reception was outstanding.

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Location is excellent, 15 minute walk to downtown but also 5 minutes to the water and entrance to a stunning national park where you can swim, walk, cycle or run in beautiful scenery. It was so lovely to have this minutes away from the hotel and be able to spend time in such a relaxing beautiful park. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you for all your excellent restaurant recommendations too Ana. Rooms were spacious, spotless, quiet and very comfortable. We had interconnecting rooms which was ideal with teenagers. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice that varied every day. Pool area again spotless and has everything you need if you want an afternoon by the pool. I would highly recommend this great hotel, it was perfect for our family.

Hotel is located in residencial area but close enough to walk to city center. Staff was polite but not friendly. When I arrived, rolling my rather heavy luggage, no help was rendered... instead, the guy at the reception said " please present your passport so we register you, here are the keys to your room, the stairs are over there" to which I responded, i'd rather not drag my heavy suicase up the stairs, where's the elevator?"before he pointed me to the elevator. Room was cleaned once. I requested that my room be cleaned the next day, but it was not done. Room was nicely designed and the bathroom was quite impressive. Overall the staff did the bare minimum in my opinion. Average at best. Would rather not stay her again though. The room I was offered had a balcony that overlooked the wall of the next private residence and a shrub... definitely not what I would call a garden. Hotel pretty but hospitality is average at best.

The pine forest right next to the hotel was very beautiful. Parking right next to the hotel was perfect. The pool was very inviting. Breakfast was good and there was enough choice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The urinal was out of order, a lounger by the pool was broken. Carpeting in a hotel room is no longer up to date and unhygienic. The safe was on a shelf at the bottom. You had to get on your knees to put something in or out. At breakfast, the first thing you were shown was a sheet of paper to tick for additional dishes such as an omelette or scrambled eggs. We've never had that before. You usually order an additional dish and then have to sign a receipt anyway. That's a bit strange in a hotel of this category. The fruit basket in the lobby with brown bananas isn't exactly attractive. The silicone joints in the shower aren't tight, so when you shower, it gets wet outside too.

This is a small, modern and beautiful hotel that is nicer and better than its own pictures in their website suggest. It is even better located than what we guessed seeing a map. The old town (beautiful!) is a ten to fifteen minutes walk, and the beach (stony) is a ten minutes walk in the opposite direction. The room and bathroom were very nice. Breakfast was excellent, with vey good quality items. Very nice pool. Parking is on the street adjacent to the hotel, but we could find a spot upon arrival. Rovinj is absolutely worth a visit!

We stumbled across this hotel on a search for a reasonably priced evening meal and were not disappointed. The service was exceptional and the waitress (I cant remember her name sadly) went out of her way to make sure we had a nice evening.
The menu choice was good and there was a large range of drinks. The restaurant itself is located in the pool area and from the outside the hotel looks modern and clean. We were sad to hear that the hotel is having to close this week.
Would recommend if you are after a quiet meal and want to support the smaller hotels in Rovinj.

This was a perfect hotel for our three night stay in Ravinj. Ravinj itself is delightful, but you can’t park in the town itself. The hotel is within easy walking distance and parking is free. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are great (spacious and immaculate), the staff is gracious and breakfast is terrific.
