Anazing place in the heart of the old town. Rooms are decorated with old style, rustic furniture. We had view to the narrow alley and to the sea. Breakfast is served outside in the garden terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just perfect stay!

Hotel Angelo d'Oro was a super place to stay while in Rovinj. Located on the edge (just inside) the official "old town" boundaries, d'Oro was perfectly situated for roaming the ancient, cobble-stone streets of Rovinj. The staff was attentive and friendly as well as patient with our lack of Croatian tongue and unfamiliarity of the city. If you drive, they... More

Right in the heart of things, this hotel was amazing. We had a lovely room with antique furniture and the most comfy beds. Plenty of storage and free safe, minibar and air con. There was a full size bath and nice toiletries. The top floor apartments had a sea view over the rooftops, but there's no lift. Breakfast was great... More

This property is located in the very heart of Rovinji - probable the best location in town. The town itself is quite old and so is the building. But the management made the best out of it. It looks and feels fresh and nice, yet one feels the history. The service is top notch. Please be aware that the center... More

So glad we stayed in this beautiful building in the old town of Rovinj. It's on one of the many small cobbled streets that make up the fantastic old town. When you walk into the cool reception from the heat of the Croatian day you are in for a treat. Stone floors and walls, rugs a nice mix of old... More

The Hotel is located on one of the cobbled streets of Rovinj. You have to walk your way to the hotel from the drop point if you choose of if you inform them ahead of time they will send a golf cart to pick you up and transfer your luggage. It is not practical to walk to the hotel with... More

The location on a cobblestone street, the lobby decor, the secluded patio - it's a great place to stay. Staff members are quite nice, very good breakfast. Rooms have traditional furnishings with modern bathroom. Car had to be parked a little bit away but they take you back and forth on a golf cart, which was fun (but be prepared... More

Very interesting old hotel. Walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Prepared breakfast box to go in lieu of regular breakfast for ferry ride. Good service for drinks in lobby. Nice rooms. Friendly staff.

This was a wonderful old hotel. My wife and I plus her parents stayed two nights here in May. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring the city. There is a rooftop area where you can enjoy a view of the sea and a garden terrace were you can sit for drinks or fresh coffee.... More

This hotel is inside the old city. If driving, they meet you at a parking lot outside the city and drive you in a golf cart. The staff was super. Very service oriented. The rooms were nice - what we expected of a 4star in Croatia. Simple but nice. The breakfast was superb. A wonderful buffet with a big assortment... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A historic building in a cobblestone street leading to the church of St Euphemia and steps away from Rovinj's main square has been carefully renovated and transformed into a charming small hotel, where traditional features are combined with up to date facilities to ensure a unique and comfortable stay. The seamless blend of tradition and modernity is accented throughout the hotel, which boasts finely restored antique furniture, centuries old stone walls and exposed beams, as well as wi fi and air conditioning. Sumptuous breakfast is served on the shaded patio behind the hotel and in the stone-paved reception and lounge area; at night this turns into a lounge bar where guests can have a quick drink or sample wines from our small but well-stocked wine cellar and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Our 23 standard rooms, three family rooms and one suite are decorated in tranquil earthy tones, with elegant wrought iron beds, yet each is one of a kind, with hand-picked antique wardrobes and dressers. All rooms have modern en suite bathrooms with bathtubs or showers, air-conditioning and free wi fi. ... more   less
