You’ll love the house because of beautiful garden, large terraces, additional entertainments like bikes and garden play area, location of the house is one of the best for families , close to beach, center town, supermarket, caffe bars, sport area and free water park in camp Polari. Supermarket Konzum with ATM is 150 m from the house, sport activities are 500 m, the near beach Cuvi is 5 min from apartments and town is 15-20 minutes on walk, local bus station is situated on parking are in front the supermarket Konzum. Apartments with: lcd tv on walls, safe vault in each apartment, bikes free, washing machine, video monitoring of private parking, free Internet – wifi, grill od wood, grill on gas, playground for small children. All apartment has 60 square meters, a beautiful large terrace or balcony with great views on the garden or house surrounding.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto grande, pulito e arredato discretamente. L'unico difetto è che il nostro era un po' buio perchè le finestre più grandi erano rivolte a nord, quindi entrava poca luce, in compenso era bello fresco e non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno dell'aria condizionata! E' alla giusta distanza sia dal centro di Rovigno che dal mare (in bicicletta sono proprio cinque minuti per entrambi!). Se non si hanno le bici il proprietario ve le mette anche a disposizione, noi però avevamo le nostre. I proprietari non si fanno molto vedere, ma questo non credo sia un problema, se si ha bisogno d informazioni ci sono molti uffici informativi a Rovigno. Consiglio vivamente questo soggiorno, sia per famiglie, che per coppie o gruppetti di amici!

Apartments are perfect and beautiful, gratis bikes for Rovinj are beautiful gift for us. Fast wifi internet for children and playground in the garden, it was a ideal family vacations.

We stayed in apartment 1 which has a large bedroom, "midroom", kitchen/livingroom, bathroom and a big terrace. The apartment is just as it is in the pictures. What doesn't show in the pictures is that the terrace gets a wonderful breeze from the sea and there is both sun and shade in it through all day. We have never before had a such a lovely terrace.There were 2 sunbeds as well as the table, chairs and swing you can see in the pictures. A big plus for washing machine, a minor minus because ac unit is only in the living room and there are no black out blinds in the windows. Also bed was a bit hard for me. There was an extrabed also and I used its mattress on top of the one in bed.
The Cuvi beach is 5 minutes walk (600 m) away. We visites other beaches as well but actually liked this one best. There is shade, a pebbly beach suitable for kids but also rocky beaches good for snorkling. A tip: walking down to Centener str from the apartment turn left and then the next one right. Googlemaps shows that this road ends and there is one going to the beach if you turn right on Centener. However, this is not accurate since the street going all the way to the beach is closed for public.
