Good for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Hotel looks luxurious and indeed is. Heritage in its own way. Rooms are spacious and you have tea/coffee machine in the room. Lady on the reception was kind to give us free upgrade to the room with a balcony so we could have tea on the terrase. In the morning bar manager offered us dinner in the restaurant which way great. 3 course meal was almost too much but with good wine selection everything is easier. :) All in all great weekend for two. Hotel staff really goes the extra mile.

A beautifully located hotel with beautiful rooms. Very disappointing that at this category of hotel there is no water or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. It has nothing to do with which category of room. The hotel is a luxury hotel and this should be standard in ALL rooms. This would be more reflective of high prices charged here. Bar/pool music was boring and always the same and breakfast was not that exciting variety wise and always understaffed making breakfast nothing to really look forward to here.

Well appointed and maintained Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was great and the pool had a great view and shade. The location is excellent. Breakfast was lovely and taking it in the garden setting make it special

We stayed for five days. Our room was nicely decorated, bed and pillows of top quality. The hotel itself a beautiful landmark building in the old town, the staff very nice and helpful, the massage was very good, highly recommended, and on top the food was very good, many tasty breakfast choices. We dined once and had whitefish, a wonderful meal.

Hotel Arbiana offers an amazing experience. Boutique hotel at an excellent location, great restaurant and a wine bar. Hotel staff is simply amazing, they make you feel at home- everyone from the receptionists, waiters, cleaning personnel, everyone is so friendly and guest- focussed. Highly recommended!

Definitely not luxury. Rooms are okay, clean and spacious. The worst part is the service. Definitely not worth luxury! We ordered drinks and after that nobody looked after us. Didn't even check on us if we wanted another drink. I didn't like my first wine and went up to the bar to ask for a different one. They even charged us for the first glass. The girl at the reception is friendly and attentive but the waiters are not very nice. Breakfast was delicious by the way. Bit of a shame that there's no coffee or tea in the rooms.

It is an amazingly cosy and luxurious hotel with great views, classy interior, tasty variety of food at breakfast and excellent restaurant and wine bar for dinner and night time. Kids enjoyed pool time as well. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and we are returning guests.

The best heritige hotel on island of Rab. Situated in old part of the city near the sea. Arbiana Hotel is something special! If you plan to visit Croatia ... you must see this beautifull city and this amazing hotel.

The room was very clean, well equiped and quite. Breakfast in the garden magnificent, food tasty and various. Staff helpfull and kind. Location is top, it couldn't be better, just a short walk to main street (on one side), and (over the hill) to lovely beach.

A fabulous place, the location by the sea and beneath the monastery is just like being in a movie. The room was clean and service is fast and efficient. Please visit the wine bar, it’s something special. Breakfast buffet is rich, we had it in the garden which was magnificent. Can’t wait to get back!!

The first beach is 5 minutes walking distance, all other beaches are within max 15 minutes driving.
There is also an option for a boat taxi to the beaches nearby.

The ferry dock is on the southeast end of the island and the hotel is on the west side. You will probably need a taxi if you do not have a car. It is about a 20 minute drive into Rab Town and the hotel (which is located on the marina) from the ferry dock.
There are more places to choose from in the Rab Island area.
