We stayed in the Hotel LIšanj for seven days, and it was great. Rooms are big enough, and the way they have additional bed bellow regular beds is an excellent solution for having more space in the room when this bed is not used. Furniture is new, and there is more than enough space in the closet. The bathroom is split into three parts making it very useful. Food is great with a huge selection of everything for breakfast and dinner and also there is a choice of juices, wine (white and red) and beer for dinner. There is total of 4 big pools and two for babies. Also, there is a kid's playroom where you can leave kids for a few hours where they will be watched and entertained (i.e. pirate treasure hunt). We had even a movie night with popcorn. So great hotel for kids.

Was here for 3 nights with my family. Classical all inclusive family hotel. Pool area is a bit small and chaotic and food is... let's say average. Children playrooms are really nice with a cool "carting" hall where kids could drive all sorts of different little cars, really nice one. Hotel is right at the beach and you can walk to marina area. Staff is great and there is 2 playrooms in lobby area, bigger one has glass wall so you can seat on the terrace of their lobby bar, have a drink and have your kids under control.

In general, is a decent and nice family hotel with many different activities available for kids (kids room, go-kart track, Playstation room, ....). New part of hotel are having a nice rooms which could match 5* hotels. The staff is really nice and trying to serve guest needs. Location: top in front of the beach.
In terms of food, there could be an improvement in different varieties between meals (launch and dinner) since the available main dishes repeats in 90% time (within 3 days). The qty of some of them quickly disappear although it was only the start of the lunch and they didn't brought additional quantities (only at main special and tasty dish). It is the beginning of the year and pre-season and this might change and improve in the following months.

Crowdedness; maximum concentration of guests per square meter
Room; cheaply refurbished cca 2018, already falling apart, family room type defined as “two interconnected rooms” - actually one big room separated into 2 tiny bits only by sliding door with no sound isolation whatsoever…
Child in-room amenities (baby beds, baby pillows ecc); scarcely available, only a few pieces per entire hotel, if you can not get served with it, they just say too bad and ask you to write your comment in the complaint book (apart of this, you are on your own)
Lobby bar; fair (opens only at 8.00, so no coffee until than)
Buffet restaurant; extremely crowded, long lines for entering due to full tables, food diversity poor (very junk food oriented), food quality poor… obvious efforts of hotel to save as much money as possible
Indoor pool; no staff present, extremely bad hygiene, puddles of dirty water on the floor, water ridiculously cold (cca 23-24 degrees), not suitable for children, no places for sunbeds/lounge chairs, not many people there anyway due to water being too cold … can not give review of wardrobe because I went to the pool and straight out
Spa pool; some staff present, fair pool area quality, water a bit warmer, less crowded (majority of guests dont find it because its well hidden), accessible only through bar terrace (go figure…), wardrobe and showers not cleaned with water just standing on the floor, mens wardrobe out of order
Kids club; hilarious… empty room, no toys whatsoever, no accessories (papers, crayons, drawing tools, playing tools, ecc), more or less no staff there.. basically just a empty room with some tables and some half broken tents or wall mounted playing devices
External playground; fair but worn out, on some places a bit dangerous even (weird playing device placement, broken pieces and even some exposed electricity cables)
All in all; very poor performance for the cost which they ask. Basically designed to mass milk tourists for their money and give as little as possible in return.

Tonight we have arrived to the hotel Lisanj. It was an incredible shock for me. There were ants in the room, the carpet is so dirty that it would probably only fit in a barn. There is a visible trace of something on the small stool, which may have been vomit not long ago. In response to a complaint about ants, an elderly lady came with a disinsection agent, and she started spraying the ants in my presence and the presence of my child. However, it is not possible to use in the presence of people. Just absolute horror. I couldn't hold back the tears. If it were not such a long way back home, I would have left immediately.

We ordered classic room. The equipment was enough to satisfy us but too small wardrobe. There was only one window in a small room and there was a power generator 3 meter from the window and it was working 24 hours. We also felt smell of the kitchen. The room was too noisy from outside and inside as well. The wall on the bathroom was too dirty. Unsuitable is leaving cleanly towels on the floor of the corridor. The restaurant has not a cosy feel. The restaurant was noisy too like a company canteen, the walls were too dirty. Coffee was horrible. Fish and pizza were great. The outside pool was great, there was salt water. Score point are for outside pool, pizza, fish.

Beautiful family hotel, visited it for the 1st time but not last for sure … the hotel looks really nice, the rooms are nice and quite and the staff is really professional and kindly. The hotel is perfect for family with children it has really a lot facilities for children at each age - animators - play ground and play zone on each floor. Also the food is very quality and nice …
Can only recommend to everyone who want to enjoy the days wit children…. Lot of nice pools indoor and outdoor and the sea is right in front of the hotel …. 👏🏽👍🏽😊👏🏽

Recently I stayed with my family (wife, 2 kids and myself) at the hotel Lišanj where I came after a recommendation of a friend who had great experience during her stay here. This is an overview of my stay: Check in and welcome at the reception was great and I have to commend a friendly employee Iva who was very helpful. The room was clean, and you can tall that the housekeeping does an excellent job. The offer in terms of animating guests is great and our children enjoyed every day during their time with employees who are responsible for animating children. The food in the restaurant was excellent, delicious and portions were quite large. The cooks are friendly. However, the restaurant looks terrible and so is the behavior of certain waiters. Their knowledge is below expectations or standard for this type of hotel. Waiters don't even know how to say „Hello“ when you sit at the table and you can easily tell that they lack professional knowledge for this job. They look like someone forced them to be in this restaurant. Their supervisor, corpulent man, doesn't not even greet the guests and smells terribly on alcohol – and he works at a hotel where children stay! I want to know if there is anyone who checks this supervisor?! I can tell that the whole restaurant smells terribly on alcohol and cigarettes. Terrible!!!! It is no wonder that the behavior of certain waiters is as such when this supervisor is the one who monitors them. Waiters at the bar are very professional and friendly.

Looks like that we were their at the same time as mr Wass who gave bad review... but our experiance is opposite. We were there during the week and the hotel was maybe 30% full what was great. Animation for kids and playrooms were great. Food in my opinion was above average for Croatian hotels, every day several different meals. And yes, some food were unhealthy (such as nuggets, fries etc.) but I guess this is because of kids who like this type of food. You have also other helthier options. Afternoon snack was perfect for kids. Indoor pool is kind of small but ok. Beach is in a front of the hotel but it is not type of the beach which I prefeire. Our room was in older part of the hotel but perfectly clean. All in all, we had a nice stay.

On our travels to Italy we decided to divert for a few days and take a short holiday in Croatia. We found this hotel as we were searching for reservations while still in the US. Overall it was a very good stay. Hotel was clean and all meals were included. While the meals were adequate we ventured out into town for dinner each night. One great place was San Mariano. It was a short walk along the beach. It's an outdoor restaurant with great food and a great view.
Staff was very friendly but we want to give huge shoutouts to Randy as he took care of us at the beach and Petar at the pool bar. He was friendly and helpful. This hotel is far way from home for us but we felt comfortable and welcomed.
Thank you for a memorable stay. Our daughter cried on our last night because she didn’t want to leave.
