I would recommend Hotel Porin to anyone. Location of the Hotel is in the city center, on the waterfront. It's not far from the bus station so it is convenient if you're not travelling by car. It has excellent view from the sea view rooms. Hotel staff were very helpfull and friendly. Food in the restaurant is great.

It would be understatement to say Porin is one of the best small hotels in Dalmatia. I have been visiting coast all summer and what a gem I have found. Modern interiour with extremely positive and friendly staff who is unnoticeably present and ready to help you in any manner is the thing that I appreciate the most. The cousine... More

My review is just a confirmation about all the positives things the most of the people say. We really loved it. The staff, the breakfast, the location, the place. Is true that if you don't like noisy/crowdy places don't stay here but that is not a fault of the hotel but of the touristic life of the city. The best... More

We stayed there one night and honestly I can only recommend you not to go. If the staff is nice that do not compensate the noise you've got until 4 am with the bar , that do not compensate as well the furniture that are 30 years old. The room was smelly , the cover sheet were in acrylic imitation... More

We stayed for one night on route from split to Dubrovnik - staff all friendly and hotel well run. Beds comfortable and good buffet breakfast. We brought a token from the hotel for 10 kuna which allowed us to park anywhere in zone 1. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was noisy even with windows closed but that... More

Nice building, but could need some refurbishment. Beds were as hard as park benches, but if you're tired enough... breakfast ok. Never tried the restaurant. When croatians start their holiday, beaches are packed, really packed, and the port explodes into a huge party. We couldn't believe our ears.. when the fireworks started behind the hotel at 2300hrs we decided to... More

We had to stay in hotel porin for 2 days because we missed our plain on the way to Croatia, which meant that return ticket was not valid as well, so we decided to stay two more days in Makarska. Sky room is a small room with small window in the ceiling. That was the cheapest option available for those... More

We were going to book the one night but the area and the hotel impressed, so we stayed an extra night. Paid AU$120, booking the day before. It seems a lot of places on the coast drop their prices at the last minute at this time of year (late June) if they have rooms spare. For that price it was... More

This is a lovely little hotel sat right on the water front facing the harbour. The staff are so friendly and lovely, really easy to talk to and go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was lovely with; ham and cheese, fruit, cereal and Jerry would offer you and omelette every morning (which were the best!) Never heard... More
