The staff at Adriana was very friendly and very helpful. I stayed there for 3 nights as per my original plan and i wanted to extend one more night, the hotel was fully booked. They went all the way to make phone calls with their sister hotels and find me a room to stay ! The staff was communicative, knowledgeable about the area and gave me suggestions on where to go. The room was very nice, clean and tranquil . you definitely can get a good night sleep after a long day at Hvar. AC was ok but guess i was there in May, they might need to crank it up during summer. The hotel is few steps away from the ferry pier, it is central to all the restaurants and old town. Everything in Hvar is not too cheap, i think its worth to pay the price for this hotel. I love Hvar and the surrounding islands. Definitely worth to go for a boat trip and swim in the clear adriatic sea. I also went on a hike . The breakfast at the hotel was amazing , with lots of options. I didnt even eat lunch after breakkie. My CX with Adriana is 5/5 !

My wife and I stayed at the hotel in a Superior Sea View room for three nights. We were on the second floor at the end of the hall. Our view would have been better if we had not ben at the end of hall due to a tree below at the restaurant. But, still a great view, just partially obstructed. And, even though the large windows open wide, there isn't a balcony or sitting area so we ended up sitting on the bed having coffee in the morning enjoying the view. And, the room didn't come with a coffee machine but when requested they put one in our room which as nice. II thought the room was too small to be comfortable but the positives outweighed that. Daily breakfasts were really excellent and we had a great dinner there as well. The terrace bar is nice but also, it is not open so you sit inside with open doors to the outside. Very nice but not as nice as it could be. Staff was excellent and transfer of bags to and from the ferry was a very nice surprise. It's a small town so everything is well within waking distance of hotel. I would stay at hotel again but when we booked the hotel I actually expected more.

Was ment to have stayed at its sister hotel, but booking got transferred to this hotel. Absolutely no complaints at all. Everything was spot on. The location was perfect. Right next to everything. I was told in high season its crazy and full of people everywhere. I'm glad I got to enjoy Hvar when it's peaceful. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast is to die for they serve until 11 am, which is ideal so there no rushing about. Going to miss the 2-hour breakfast time just watching the sun. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights toward the tail end of our Europe trip looking for a luxury place to relax before the long journey home. Overall we loved the hotel. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were on holiday. We had porters help meet us at our car to pickup our luggage. The reception area is beautifully designed with a coastal feel overlooking the water, and we are moved to the lounge to have a welcome glass of sparkling wine during the checkin process (plus lots of fruit infused water to ensure we are rehydrated after the long drive from the ferry station!) The room itself is on the smaller side but it’s well designed, comfortable and has that element of luxury we were expecting. We loved the spa area and used it frequently - there is an indoor pool with many comfortable day beds and lounges inside and outside, alongside multiple different saunas and steam rooms with water, tea and snacks to use as you please. The breakfast was included and had a great variety alongside a la carte ordering options. We were particularly impressed with the restaurant where we had an amazing dinner, one of the best meals we had in Hvar and also loved the bar overlooking the water for a pre dinner cocktail. This hotel is on the more expensive side so although we overall enjoyed our stay there were some shortcomings which we did not expect given the price point, these are minor and did not impact the overall experience of our stay: - we wanted to iron a shirt before dinner and they had no irons available, the staff said they had leant out all available and couldn’t help us - the door to the room doesn’t automatically close, you have to pull it shut which is a security concern - breakfast you often had to get peoples attention to order and the process wasn’t explained on our first morning for ordering options a La carte - there is no outdoor pool (would be a great addition for the summertime)

Luxurious beautiful hotel. We had the penthouse suite which was very comfortable and stylish with lovely views across the harbour. the staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner time was superb. The room was well-glazed but, and this is no fault of the hotel's, there was a party boat playing very loud music until the small hours one night which affected our sleep. The

A short one night stay in a beautiful setting overlooking the port and old town Hvar. We enjoyed a welcome glass of fizz on arrival and again at dinner. The tuna steak and black pasta and prawn dishes were amazing, served by Vlad, our super friendly waiter. The roof top bar and pool, stunning and oozed luxury. Great value and will come back again. Thank you to all the wonderfully friendly staff too.

We’ve stayed in many wonderful hotels around the world, but this might’ve been the best service experience we’ve had. Originally booked at their sister property, Riva Marina, we received an email a few weeks prior that the hotel would be closed for renovations and they would honor the reservation at the Adriana. We lucked out with that switch! The hotel upgraded us to a wonderful top floor junior suite with a balcony overlooking the Marina. When we arrived via the ferry from split, someone from the hotel was unexpectedly there to meet us and transfer our bags so we could just stroll over without any luggage. While at the hotel, the staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was incredible, the rooms were gorgeous and the spa was amazing! We highly recommend the Adriana Spa Hotel in Hvar!

I first visited Croatia in 1974 as an impressionable thirteen year old, and a love affair began. Forty eight years later, it's still going strong and Hvar was just as beautiful as everywhere else I have been. We recently stayed for a week at the Adriana and from the moment we got off the ferry and there was a member of staff waiting for us to the moment another member of staff brought our bags back to the ferry on the day we left, we had a fabulous time. In our opinion, the Adriana is definitely in the best position to enjoy the amazing views of Hvar Old Town. It has many lovely terraces and seating and sunbathing areas, the photos on the website do not do it justice. Breakfast was delicious every morning and again, the views amazing. We ate dinner twice there and it was also very good. The staff are just so genuinely nice and helpful for example, one morning we were sat on the terrace following breakfast just soaking in the view and the receptionist came out with two glasses of prosecco an said "you can't sit here without a drink" - so lovely! The pool area is stunning with plenty of sunbeds and outdoor space, and the Top Bar is beautiful and again, those fabulous views, where you can just sit for hours watching the happenings of the busy port. The only slight downside are the superior rooms, the sea views are again stunning and we loved waking up every morning to the sound of lapping water however, they are small, but we only slept in ours so no problem. The suites looked lovely, so if you do want alone time, one of those is probably worth considering. I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending the Adriana, it's possibly one of the all round best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you to every member of staff who made our experience do good. Mandy and Peter x

Had a harbor view room on the 2nd floor. Overall, a nice size room. Bed comfortable, glass enclosed shower stall and all of the required amenities. Has air con but not required for our visit. Staff, from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant were really great and it is obvious that they care. Only negative is that the street below on the waterfront promenade can be a bit noisy in the evening. Highly recommend the hotel.
