From what we could decipher, this is the best place to stay in Hvar. Really friendly staff, comfortable rooms (not large) great outdoor terrace, especially for breakfast and loved the pool and relaxation areas. Very relaxing holiday, highly recommended.
This is a lovely hotel in a very central location. It has a lovely breakfast. Great restaurant with really good food. A lovely terrace which is basically on the harbour. Fantastic 4th floor bar looking out over the harbour. A lovely calm swimming pool (indoor) with access to sundeck which is great if you don't want to fight the general Hvar visitors to rent a sunbed. The only challenge with this hotel is being so central (and all the advantages that brings) means the front facing rooms (with great views) have the noise of the nightlife. This includes the local bars open till 1/2am and and then people going along the waterfront all night as they come back from the island clubs. In the day it is a lovely place and if you can block out night time noise (or will be out late nightly yourselves) then you wouldn't notice. I did find you got used to it as time went on. …
Location was good, near the ferry station, in a pedestrian area. The hotel itself is a little bit rundown and had seen better days. Our room was spatious, but again rundown with limited toillectry items etc. Clearly understaffed. A decent option in Hvar.
The location is perfect, decoration is beautiful and breakfast amazing, however the rooms are VERY small, specially for the amount we paid, the room cleaning was also bad, they basically only did the bed, did not replace shampoos or the bottle of water. I also thought the towels were small and thin, disappointing for the price we paid.
We have been several times to the cocktail bar on the 4th floor - incredible views, great ambience, awesome service and excellent food. We have been once to the restaurant downstairs - the service was impeccable. Zoran and Vlado took such good care of us. The menu is varied and the food is excellent. They always make us feel so welcome here. I can highly recommend.
Ideal location overlooking the tiny harbor of Hvar City, this boutique hotel offers amazing views from each room, restaurant patio, and rooftop bar. Rooms are small, but you are compensated with breathtaking views and the best breakfast offerings in all of Croatia. Our two-stay there was fabulous, walking distance to great restaurants and beaches.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service & quality if food, wine & views!! Amazing establishment!! Amazing staff (Vlado & Zoran) that embrace the concept of giving unconditionally.. you feel like royalty here - & there’s always a smile 😊
We truly enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The room was well-appointed and outside space, roof bar, pool, are all relaxing areas to unwind and people watch. Bonus - breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to the gentleman who met the ferry and took our bags to the hotel - and back again when we departed. He was wonderful and thoughtfully put us in a the line to get on the very crowded ferry. Thank you!
Great location. Beautiful view. Nice room. But the windows have no sound proofing. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT ANY SLEEP. The restaurant is right outside in front of the hotel and people are shouting, laughing or simply drunk until early morning. This was the worst two nights of my 16-day vacation in Croatia.
Hotel is in a good location. Our sea view spa suite view was of the town and mooring area for the yachts. The issue though was that the bathroom stank like a uncleaned public urinal. The bathroom light was flickering and housekeeping barely cleaned. Even the one bottle of water they give for 3 persons was not replaced on the second day. They ended up given us a 10% discount on departure but it did not make up for the stench that had to be endured in the bathroom and clearly made the jacuzzi unusable. Definitely not worth the price and I would not recommend that anyone stay here.
