Hotel is far from beach and during summer time when it is hot, very hard to come back from beach to hotel cause you have almost climb the mountain. Our windows was to street- so cars noise all a time. Worst part- room cleaning. We did report once, that our bathroom was not cleaned two days in a row and after that cleaning was not done at all. We was on a trip whole day and came back in a evening to dirty room. Was unexpectful and very disapointing. Do not recomend.
Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, other people's towels and trash left behind. No masks in the dining room or hotel lobby: though the sign at the door says masks are obligatory, nobody warns guests to actually wear them, and almost nobody does (except for the staff). In the dining room you touch the buffet spoons with your bare hands (there are gloves provided, but nobody uses them). Long time wait at the check-in: although they knew it would be a busy weekend, they didn't hire extra help. There would be only one star, but the food at the buffet (breakfast and dinner) was good. The pavillions of which the hotel consists are located in a nice forrest, have nice balconies and there is a clean swimming pool, recently renovated.
Resort very different to as advertised. You have to pay for sunbed hire. “New for 2020” pool image is not accurate at all - instead there are approx 15 old style sunbeds (see photo with blue parasols for accurate pool image compared to advertised image showing white parasols and new sunbeds). We stayed for four days in a pavilion and housekeeping came once in that time. Breakfast 7-10 but we got asked to leave at 10:15am while still eating. Dinner 7-9 but the lights were turned out at 9:06pm. Nothing available from hotel bar or pool bar or shopping centre cafe for lunch except ice cream. Restaurant is different to as advertised (see photo). Not aware the resort is on a huge hill and not good for those with knee injuries. No drink facilities in the room, not even kettle or fridge. Unhelpful staff. Luckily beach was nice and quite close so we spent our time there. Also the shopping centre was close for supermarket. …
My fiancee and I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and everything was more than expected. The hotel is renovated and is looking great, the rooms are very cool, the staff is very friendly, and the food is very good. They even have a very tasty gluten free bread (you should announce in advance if you want it so they can prepare it for you in the kitchen). The only objection is that hotel is on a hill and the road to it from the omorika beach is pretty steep, but if you're young and don't have a bunch of kids or stuff to carry, this shouldn't be a big problem :)
We lived in the Ad Tures Pavilions. Rooms clean, large balcony. A bit far from the sea, but you can see the sea from the balcony. The food is delicious and varied. The town center is quite far away...
The rooms of this modernized hotel are fantastic considering the price, in which breakfast and diner are included. But since the complex is very large, there are a lot of people that want to eat in the restaurant. Food is good but it is just eating in a noisy and hectic environment.
+ The food was good. Pavillions look really good after they have been refurbished. There is a possibility to swim and stay in the on-site pool area. The shops (food etc.: Konzum, Lidl) are very close. - Cleanliness is an area they could (SHOULD) do better. (For example: at dinner, we came as one of first guests, but the tables were dirty) Some parts of the renovated rooms are not very functional (eg. shower is open, the water goes everywhere). It seems like they did not have enough time to renovate the rooms properly, some parts seem not very well made. There is no mini bar in the room (3*?) We stayed there for two nights, but the housekeeper never came during our stay. !
We stayed in this bungalow for a week... I am so disappointed in this, that I can't even imagine... I came with 2 kids, one in diapers... They didn't clean a room and take garbage (dirty diapers) if I didn't say so. Towels did not change either if I didn't say so ... I didn't understand cleaning lady, and she didn't understand me, but I speak a lot of different languages... It's all renovated, but not good renovated, cuz in bathroom fall off the glas betwen shower and toilet... Balcony door broke down... Than they change our room. Pool it's not renovated... I'm very frustrated and mad because we were living in construction site... At 7 in the morning all workers working with machines. Food ok, waiters ok, everything else... I don't want to turn here anymore...
We booked this monstrosity on Booking.com, a site that showed promising pitcures of a nice hotel room. So we thought oh, that looks nice for that kind of money, but little did we know, we were in for a biiig surprise. Our room looked nothing like the one in the pitcures. One of the beds was already broken so 5 nights we slept there were really uncomfortable. Bathroom was small but clean, one of the few things we liked about the room. Balcony was good to spend evenings on, though it was dirty and full of bugs, just like the rest of apartment. The sea view that was PROMISED was completely blocked by the trees. We liked the pool and food was okay even though it was rather cheap for the sum of money we paid. Whenever we would go to the hotel lobby there would be someone complaining about the quality of their room which I think says a lot already. The rooms also have no wifi nor TV which was mildly infuriating because we were staying in the time of the World Cup and whenever we wanted to watch a match we would have to go in the town centre and pay a f*cking lot for drinks just to be able to watch TV. The whole room had only one electricity socket which was a pain in the a*s when you have 2 phones to charge. The lamps we had above our bed were not plugged in anywhere and we couldn't find a socket behind our bed which left us confused. What the hell? To sum up me and my boyfriend got depressed because the room was so awful and uncomfortable, and the steep hill we had to climb whenever we were coming back from somewhere killed our mood to go to the beach (because you don't really wanna climb that hill when you're overheated and sweaty from the beach). Town center is also far away, 3km or more. Overall it was a pretty expensive hotel for the quality of service they offered. I would say it's extremely couple (especially broke students couple) non-friendly. Not only is it overpriced, there's genuinely not a single thing young couples would enjoy. Just nothing. I see my boyfriend few times a year because he lives in a different country and we looked forward to this holiday because it was our first one together. It wasted the precious time we have together and made us curse the moment we booked this hotel, when we thought we would have an enjoyable holiday. People, stay away from it, seriously. Waste of time. Waste of money. Ridiculously overpriced. Don't trust positive reviews.…
The property needs some serious renovation. It looks like it wasn't touched for 2 decades. The surrounding isn't maintained at all. No lights on the very steep path to the pavilions. Depending on the pavilion location one has between 8 and 15-20 minutes to the beach. It's really hard to walk up and down 2 or 3 times a day. We had a sea view but it was nothing special partially blocked by the trees. The rooms looked really bad. Very old furniture, bugs and spiders in every corner, behind the nightstand, on the balcony, buzzing mosquitoes, dirty curtains, mosquito blood stains on the walls and seeling, no air-condition, no fridge. Although it was a 2 star hotel, I have seen others in much better condition. The food was nothing to look forward to, prepared with only the cheapest ingredients. Not much to choose from, bad deserts, no free drink for dinner (they are expensive if you want too buy one) and the personal at the restorant was extremely indifferent and mean talking behind guests in front of other guests... except for one older man. He was really friendly and welcoming . The beach wasn't much. I have seen better. If you can, book something else. …
