Detailed Reviews
We took renovated room with sea view and it was ok. Small but clean with the balcony. Food was very good and the staff quick and efficient. Location is very good, you have couple of nice beaches to choose near by. Center of town is an easy walk. Good choice for a 3 stars hotel

We have bad expiriance with hotel, first we booked for 2 aduld plus 1 child and when we arived there they charge us 150 eur more because children was not included. Be carefull when you make raservation via booking.
They also charge parking 10 eur per day. In restavrat was really hot, because air condition was off.

Was here for a conference for about 50 people and the hotel was great. Right on the water - get the rooms with a view. Food was excellent - our package included dinner one day and breakfast and lunch the other days. Staff was super friendly and accommodating including for our meals and patio time for drinks in the evening. Walking distance to everything in Crikvenica and super fast wifi if you need to get some work done.

We spend here our holiday during summer 2021. We choose new superior room with sea view and the view was just breathtaking! Also room was small but very modern and comfortable!
Foof was very tasty. We had breakfast and dinners. A lot of food what you can choose, you don’t know what first to eat. Very tasty dinners.
Hotel is situated on the beach. Beach is small but clean and nice with small stones and clean azur sea. Close to the city center with a lot od shops and restaurants.
Staff was ok.
Thank you for this beautiful holiday. We recomment this hotel!

Location was ok. The room from the 60s almost ancient.
Shower head was moldy broken shower curtain.
Staff cheeky, Maneger yelled at me on arrival because we arrived a little earlier I can understand that the rooms were not ready yet but until the last minute we had to wait from 8:00 to 14:45. May have breakfast for payment.
When we judged poorly about booking, the maneger got angry and insulted me I should be ashamed to have sent such a review.
The staff would do anything for the guests hello I have paid and expect something for it too, bad all bad had never seen such a hotel.
Room was not cleaned only towels changed.
Only the food was ok nothing else.

Parking:
Arrived at 4pm, up a steep hill to the front desk and no parking was available so I went in to the front desk and asked if there was any room in the garage and they said no. We booked this hotel knowing that parking around the area was tough so right off the bat it was a disappointment. It’s not as if we were arriving in the middle of the night.
Not wheelchair - suitcase friendly - huge staircase to get to front entrance so you need to lug your suitcases up it- just not a very good way to start a vacation.
Staff: somewhat helpful, but a little bit of an attitude.
Room: we got a room with a view of the back of the hotel- yuck- no balcony.
There was only one plug outlet in the whole room- and guess where it was? At the wall at the end of the bed- good luck charging all of your devices- you would need to bring your power bar. We ended up unplugging the TV to gain another outlet.
Shower: very small
Bar soap (we travel with our own pump soap)
Air conditioning unit wasn’t even on and beeped every 10 minutes so noisy we had to put ear plugs in. Thin walls.
Drapes - are thin white so the street light shine in all night and also we were up at 5:45AM with the sun coming in- no black out drapes - overall awful sleep even though the bed was comfy.
Pool: was packed at 5pm and no towels are offered - I noticed everyone was using their own towels from home. I suppose we could’ve use our room towels but then who knows what the service would be to get more towels so I decided not chance it.
Beach: rocky and tiny but clear water so good to just wet.
Bring water shoes.
Dinner buffet: below average - reminded me of food in Cuba- would rather have gone out to the road to the restaurants on the beach front.
Buffet breakfast - scrambled eggs tasted like they were the ones from a bag - not freshly cracked.
Cereal options seemed to be popular.
Area: nice walking in the evening- safe atmosphere

Pros: good location, fairly large and clean rooms, varied and plentiful breakfast.
Cons: rooms without hairdryer, safe and minibar - rather low quality dinner buffet, expensive drinks - there is paid parking (€13 per day).
I don't think I would recommend it
