We stayed at Hotel Supetar for 3 nights as part of our holiday in Croatia to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. From the concierge service to the warm welcome and chilled towels on arrival, this hotel has most definitely exceeded all expectations in making guests feel truly welcomed and special. We were given a room upgrade and complimentary champagne and flowers for our anniversary and our room was beautifully decorated and luxuriously comfortable. Housekeeping were exceptional, changing towels and linen daily, as well as delivering little treats every evening before dinner! Breakfasts were delicious and plenty of choice for every palette. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and there are plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings either by the pool or in one of the garden or rooftop terraces. The hotel itself has been completely refurbished and modernised and is of the highest quality in design and finish! Our most special thanks must go to Stanka and Dubravka, front of house. Both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for them our daily chats made us feel like we were staying with family! Excellent recommendations of places to visit in the local area away from the usual tourist spots were extremely welcomed and these two ladies really are an absolute credit to your team. We were actually really sad to leave you all and move on to our next destination. Croatia is a beautiful place to visit and Hotel Supetar, Cavtat will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will most definitely be back!

It's hard to explain how amazing this hotel is. We booked on a total whim at the point when there were no reviews and we'd had a vague look at the Adriatic website. So had no idea what to expect....
WOW.
Firstly - the staff are all wonderful. Friendly, kind, attentive. Every single member of staff we encountered was brilliant. I'm terrible with names (sorry!) so can only remember two: Stanka on the front desk and Andrej in the restaurant. I wish I'd been writing them down as everyone deserves the praise equally! No issue too trivial (we had a random issue with our tv) and everything sorted ASAP.
The bed is one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. We loved the 2 sinks in the bathroom as this made it much less of an issue to have both our toiletries out! And the little treats in the room each day were most appreciated. We loved coming back to find out what was going to be under the bell jar each day 🤣
The little roof terrace was opposite our room and was usually deserted at night so it felt like we had our own terrace! The pool area and garden were both gorgeous.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Great selection. I'd particularly recommend the battered cheese as an option. And the coconut cake was the best cake we had during our visit, aside from the gorgeous little birthday cake they made for me as it was my 40th whole we were there. That was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated.
We only have very minor issues. It would be nice to have extra clothing storage in the room. Some drawers maybe? Fitting everything for a 2 week stay in was a challenge. And a shelf in the shower would have been useful (we used the shower stool as a shelf so wasnt a massive problem). I love that toiletries were provided in refillable bottles for less waste.
We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We started our honeymoon here for 4 nights in what was the sister hotel to hotel Croatia cavtat. Now I knew this had. Been renovated only a couple of months ago from I think was a 3star up to a 5 star and WOW, they earn every tiny of that 5 stars and more. We were met outside the front door by the receptionist welcoming us by name, even though I had never told them when I was arriving. We were sat down and given a refreshment coth lovely and cold glass of lemon water on arrival, the whole design was pure luxury here. We were then Brought to our room to what was only absolutely stunning, (the pineapple room) every day we were offered to refresh the room and towel change, brought chocolates to the room amd fruit on a plate but before I forget there was a letter written to us from the director congratulating us on our matramony and a complimentary bottle of persecco. The pool area and pool was georgous and just everything about the place we were on aww looking at it. We had dinner the first night in the hotel, we said we would splash out in a 5star resturant and wow the staff and chef did not dissapoint, probably one of thee nicest meals I've ever had far nicer than any 5 star resturant I've eating in ireland. Our short 4 nights here were like heaven and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

I went for a business trip, Since the entrance you could notice the cozy stylish design of the hotel.
The front disk were very professional.
The room was clear, stylish and comfort. Sea view romms are recommended,
The location of the hotel is close to many restaurants, coffees, shops and which all could be accessed by walking about 5-10 min only.

I stayed here with my wife for two nights in June this year and from check-in we were amazed by this small hotel. The hotel itself is very nicely designed, the rooms were fantastic, and above all else the level of service was impeccable. The staff are some of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel throughout the world and made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is superb. Decided to book this gem of a location 1 week before to start a 60th birthday celebrations week. We could not have chosen a better hotel. The rooms, restaurant, wine bar, garden and pool are immaculate. The breakfasts are something else. A vast choice of delicious hot or cold food all served by the polite, friendly hospitable staff. The location is brilliant as it is only a 1 minute walk to swim in the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea and less than 5 minutes walk to the river taxi and bus to Dubrovnik. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to close by the hotel. The other major benefit is that it is also only a 7 minute taxi from the airport so no long transfer. I can’t fault the hotel or the location. The staff are so helpful…amazing. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. The Palmers, Southampton England.

I can only echo the other reviews and confirm what a perfect place this hotel is when staying in Cavtat. It is central to everything and the hotel staff are soo attentive and helpful . We arrived early for check in a little flustered as we had a problem parking our car . The hotel manager handed us cold face cloths, sorted out the parking, told us our rooms were ready and we were lucky to have been given an upgraded room . We were given a complete tour of the hotel, lots of information and then shown to our room which was on the top floor and we had a great view. The rooms are modern, spacious and have a great selection of toiletries . The pool area is wonderfully relaxing with plenty of sun beds , umbrellas and towels and drinks can be ordered from the bar. We also ate at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the views are stunning . The restaurant is also where breakfast is served, an extensive buffet selection followed by a cooked option and fresh juices . This hotel is pure luxury and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly, helpful staff . Cavtat itself is a great place to stay with lots restaurants , swimming and shops all set around a bay and Dubrovnik is only a 40 minute water taxi away . We found one day here was sufficient .

An excellent experience from the checkin to the much appreciated late checkout. The manager Davor's stated aim was to make us feel as if the hotel was our home and the whole team excelled at doing just that. A fabulous leisurely breakfast could be enjoyed on the sundrenched terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. We really enjoyed a lunch on the terrace also. The hotel is a boutique hem and was fully and tastefully renovated in March 2023 and is part of the Adriatic Luxury Hotels group. We'll definitely be back.

Stayed with my husband August 17th -27th. We read the reviews and we have not been disappointed, everything from room, to breakfast and especially the personal service surpassed all expectations. We don't feel we can single out one member of staff, as from the cleaner, to the pool guy, to restaurant staff and front of house all were the most professional and caring we've experienced. And considering we've staying in many great 5 star hotels the Supetar certainly is the top of our list. Front of house were amazing and able to share lots of ideas and events occurring. The hotel manager was always visible and making sure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast has a great choice, the food in the evening is of high quality too. As a small boutique hotel it never felt full. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with beautiful views - close to lots of lovely restaurants and bars, swimming in the sea, fantastic service and food look no further......just book it!! Thanking all at the Supetar, we will be back!

What a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and amazing team of staff - we stayed here for 4 nights myself and my Daughter and what a choice it was! We didn’t know the area or hotel but it did not disappoint one little bit from the welcome to the farewell every bit of attention was noticed.
We arrived mid afternoon and were welcomed with a refreshing cool drink while they processed our details - the gentleman on reception gave us a short but very informative tour of the hotel from the bar to the pool restaurant etc ….. every part of it as spotlessly clean as the entrance ….. the room had everything you could possibly need and again was clean and comfortable and very well presented.
The breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble for the team serving - all very polite and welcoming this is definitely something the hotel has 100% right the staff are all so welcoming and accommodating I wish I would mention the all personally but it would be unfair as they are all great!!!
The outside new bar area was so relaxing it’s a shame it’s not a little busier but I am sure once people hear about this place they will have queues!
My only one small bit of feedback would be the pool area is small and the beds are too close together making it difficult to have your own personal space …..
All in all a great break in a beautiful town in a stunning hotel.
