It was ok. Room was a bit old and had some rusty on the radiators which did not look nice. Check in had no information about the place, as building itself does not have their own check in place. Alltogether ok place to stay with reasonable price

We were a family of 6 that stayed in the 2 bedroom suite at Villa Adria. We were so happy to have the beautiful view that we did. We were on the top floor and had water views from both bedrooms (1 was waterfront, the other was the side of the building) and from the spacious balcony off the living room. The apartment had 2 1/2 bathrooms. The beds were big and comfortable in both rooms. The building was quiet. We only heard others when we were out on the balcony or had the windows open. It was very convenient to have the grocery store downstairs. Check-in, the pools, parking, and breakfast were all in different Valamar properties along the little strip. I was a little nervous about how close they would be when I booked the property, but they are all easy walking distance. The breakfast deserves a special mention. Usually when I book a place with free breakfast, it is disappointing. The breakfast included in the package with Valamar was very good. They made eggs to order, had pancakes, breads, croissants, sausage, bacon, cereals, yogurt, fruits, doughnuts. We ate enough for breakfast each morning that we skipped lunch most days. Unfortunately, we didn't get to utilize the outdoor pool much due to weather. My kids did enjoy the indoor pool. There is a toddler pool and nice features in the bigger pool. Make sure to bring towels with you or you will have to rent them from that property. For dinner, I recommend going to Strand which is just next door to Villa Adria.

Our vacation in Villa Adria was short but perfect, we had a beautiful room with see view. You look direct on the beach and the island. Staff is very smile and friendly. Đurđa on the reception is very nice and helpful. Bellboy also always ask if we need help. We will sure come back, was so relaxed for us :)

If you want to open the balcony doors and have sea view and also see all the people on the busy beach walk, this is probably the place for you. We were nicely welcomed when checking in, and the room was decent but overpriced. The breakfast buffet (at another hotel nearby) had all one could ask for, even though the staff wasn't all smiles. This was not what this family was looking for, however, and there was nothing charming, relaxing or nice about having to squeeze in half a towel at the packed beach. We stayed our first night here, and found nice apartments to rent our remaining stay. And took taxi boats to the really nice beaches.

We booked four nights with booking.com, paying premium prices for a Grand Superior Apartment. Got here to find that the air conditioning doesn't work (it is 40 degrees outside), there is no safe, there are no flat screen TVs, no tea/coffee making facilities - and the apartment looks nothing like the photos they advertised it as. And the management just don't care, so don't waste your breath complaining.

Do not come to Krk the way we did – without a reservation on an August weekend, and with a dog. Silly ex-patriates expecting a rustic uncrowded island, and by-passing more northerly towns thinking we’d find fewer tourists in Baska, we were totally unprepared for the teaming humanity occupying every spot on the three-meter wide beach. My husband started calling around and the kind lady at the Atrium Residence said “We don’t allow dogs in our hotel! But you can stay in our Villa Adria.” Both hotels are located in the center of the Baska strand. Not cheap, the clean and spacious room at Villa Adria was 93€ per person per night with breakfast, which we gladly paid to escape the crowds. The décor very modern and elegant, beautiful colors and wood furniture, an extremely comfortable king-size double bed with high-quality pillows and linens, a comfortable private balcony, free Internet, small refrigerator (we did not have a kitchenette), a clean bathroom with large porcelain soaking tub, wonderful shower, good lighting and granite countertop. If you are lucky enough to get a room facing the water (we were not, and they might cost more) you will have a to-die-for view. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in German or English. The breakfast buffet was in the Atrium Residence main building, very elegant and top-end. Not sure I’ll come to Krk again in August, but if there I’d stay at Villa Adria in a heartbeat. We ate close by at Cafe Lantino and had wonderful fresh fish, chosen from the vitrine.

The rooms/apartments are situated above the biggest supermarket (Konzum) in Baska and if you book the so called park/church view rooms, it would mean you overlook the main crossroad where all the delivery trucks for the supermarket arrive from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. We couldn't use our terrace at all!!!
