The room was tiny, but clean. A view of the sea from the balcony (it's not right above the sea, you see it in the distance). The only thing we would change about the room is that there should be a blow dryer. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, especially for the price. A simple breakfast is included in the price of the room. The place was quiet in the evenings and we were able to sleep soundly and comfortably. The 10-15 minute walk to the town is very pleasant. Would ONLY stay in the area this is in, it's nice to walk to the town and the water.

The host was kind and welcomed us even if we arrived a bit late in the evening (11 p.m.), and then showed us the room. It was a tiny attic.
We knew which room we booked for, but honestly note that the roof is a bit too low on one side of the bed, practically reducing the "standing space" to half of the room.
Also the bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was definitely large enough.
Everything was clean, and the air conditioning was a real blessing.

Breakfast was included. It's not the classic buffet: you get to choose one of five combinations and then they serve you. Don't worry - it's more than enough for any normal person, and it's good!

The location is fine. It's not on the seaside, but still a good place, totally good to walk to the beach and with plenty of parking space.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband last August and it was good.
This is a small hotel run by a family but you have everything you need to enjoy your stay on the beach (far just 400m from the hotel).
Our room was small (it was an attic room) but the bed was comfortable, the air-conditioner worked very well and there was a good variety of channels in television. The bathroom was small.
Breakfast is included and you can choose one of five options that they offer.
I would like to advise too that they don't accept credit card, so you have to pay in cash.
The staff is friendly and parking is free.
The restaurant is on the average but the price is really good: about € 10,00 a dinner! In my opinion, the best restaurant in Baska is called "Bistro Kvarner" - good food, good service, good price!
I would recommend this hotel but I don't advise to get an attic room.

This was a last minute booking due to change of plans, we didn't really know what to expect. Pansion Burin is about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop at the end of the little road. The bathroom was small with a lovely pink toilet seat, but the surprise was the balcony with a view of the sea. Breakfast and wifi included. At breakfast on our last day in Baska one of the staff saw us walking with case and offered to drive us to the bus stop - bless him!
Comfortable stay, can't really complain!

We stayed there for 4 nights, it was quiet and good. The cleaning lady cleaned the room every day! The breakfast was OK. The room was a little bit small and a little refrigerator would be cool, but we didn't have. For sleeping it is more than OK.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. some things I liked and some things were awful!!

Firstly the good things. We had a nice balcony on our room that overlooked the buldings and hills at the back. There was sun on the balcony most of the day. You could not see the sea on this side properly, but that was not a problem. The hotel is in a quiet position, so it was easy to escape and to sleep well.

The bad bits. Firstly one female member of staff was quite surly and unpleasant towards us on arrival. She did not have good English, but that was not an excuse to be so unfriendly. The breakfast was the worst we had in all the hotels we stayed in, in Croatia. We were used to a buffet, and plenty of choice. Here there is a fixed menu, which was very limited and consisted mainly of bread, croissants, toast, and other types of bread too! You had to pick from menu, 1,2,3,4 or 5, which was really boring! Each choice, as I said, was mainly bread. I asked for fruit and yogurt and this really caused them problems. I was given plain yogurt ( no fruity flavours here! ) and 2 kiwi fruit that was so hard they were inedible. They were not pleased I asked for something off the menu. The next day I took my own fruit down at breakfast, which caused evil looks from the surly woman!! We only stayed here 2 nights and did not eat in the hotel restuarant, after such an awful breakfast!!

The room was small, and had 2 main problems. I have shown these on photos attached. The headboard on the bed was a wooden shelf, and meant it was impossible and really uncomfortable to sit up in bed. The TV belonged in a museum, and was so high on the ceiling you could not have viewed it comfortably. But then you could not have sat up on the bed to watch it anyway, due to the headboard!!

Krk is a nice place, though not my favourite in Croatia. There are some lovely restuarants along the harbour and seafront. We were only here 2 nights. That was enough. I would not have liked a week here. There was very few English tourists here.

The guesthouse has a beautiful location overlooking the sea and the hills. To the sea is not far. For breakfast, you have five options on the menu. I slept in a small attic room. Furniture would need renovation, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights and payed a little more than our other accomodations in croatia. So obviously we expected a bit more as well. But this didn't reach our expectations at all. Breakfast was poorly. You can choose egg or cheese but can't combine the two. The wifi has a very bad signal. In our room, everthing leeked. The airco leeked on the terras so there was a puddle. The toilet drips all day long. The shower curtain is very old fashioned and when you shower, the whole bathroom floods. We were happy to leave this place.
