Wife and I stayed overnight this past weekend and really enjoyed it. We stayed in the tower side rooms as they are known for the privacy as far as not hearing the occupants next door, above, or below your room; really makes you wonder if you are the only ones in the hotel 👍🏾. The bathroom was really clean, although... More

The Sheraton is pleasant, we stayed in an atrium room with a window that overlooked the atrium and hallways prevented us from really opening the blinds. The hotel has a small but good size indoor pool, and there are no surprises at the breakfast buffet in the atrium cafe. The rooms don't have much storage space, and though we booked... More

Was here in on business for 2 nights. Parking was $12 a day. Long distance from garage to rooms if your unloading/loading luggage. The lobby, hallways and atrium are all very nice and look like an expensive hotel. The rooms however fall short. The rooms have these motion sensor thermostats that I HATE and unfortunately I am finding them more... More

My husband, 4 year old and I stayed at the Sheraton Birmingham for two nights. I wish TripAdvisor would allow you to give half ratings. I would give this hotel a 3.5. This is a huge hotel and is connected via walkways to the Westin and Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. It is also across the street from Uptown Entertainment District. We... More

The Sheraton has been renovated, which was definitely needed. The rooms still don't have a microwave or refrigerator which was needed in our room because of medical reasons. The covers and pillows were "crunchy". Every time I moved, the bedding sounded like I was sleeping on potato chips. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly but the cost... More

Part of large conference arrival but my staff encounter was great. Her name was "Angel" She was helpful and very patient with me. My room was quiet and I slept well. Ate at both establishments and the service was slow but good. Not enough staff for the large crowds at the convention. The club room had problems.

Front staff very nice and easy check-in. Did not get king bed, but given larger room. Because temp is based on movement, hot when I arrived and took forever to cool. Some horrible fragrance sprayed in room and I must be allergic, but can't do anything about it. Faint smoke smell in room. Upon further inspection, room has not been... More

I had the opportunity of living at this hotel for a week July 23-29, 2016. I was allowed to check in early. The previous guest left their underwear in the drawer. Housekeeping never removed them. There was something unpleasant that happened everyday and management never could resolve any issues. The final straw was when this church group from Birmingham checked... More

I was here for the GMWA Convention and from the first day it's been terrible!!! Our sheets had black spots on them, we called 3 times to have them changed and NO ONE came! No one cares about the customers!!

Southwest comped me the room when my flight was cancelled, shuttle over was quick and close. Room 515 was quiet, even though one side faced a street and the other faced the atrium. The sports bar had decent food, though the price was a bit high. Taps were broken that evening, bottle selection was okay.
