Let me start this by saying that we are platinum members of Marriott...so we have stayed at a LOT of properties in this hotel line. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and everyone was super friendly. We had a lovely time at the indoor pool and restaurant. Now for the bad/irritating. First, we only had one bedside table lamp. I like...

We stopped here on our way to Florida to visit family. My husband is a golfer and he played golf in the morning and said it was an excellent course. As for the hotel, we had a beautiful room, a great dinner at the restaurant and drinks outside by a fire pit where we met other guests and had a...

We were able to use a voucher to stay at this particular hotel. I have never stayed in a Renaissance hotel or resort, I will say that it was amazing. The staff was incredible, the grounds were incredible. Gorgeous.

I hosted an event at this hotel and was blown away by the phenomenal customer service displayed by ALL staff members beginning with my arrival. As I exited my car the valet approached me by my first name and knew the nature of my visit and I hadn't even checked into the hotel yet!

Was here for a conference and I have been to Birmingham many times, but was not aware of this outstanding property. It's away from the business district, but has one of the Robert Trent Jones Trail Courses at Ross Bridge. Beautiful setting surrounded by the golf course and in the woods. You can close the twilight to the sounds of...

I have been staying at several different properties over the course of a year in Birmingham. This property was the best by far experience where I truly enjoyed the staff interaction and felt true sincerity. The hotel is very beautiful and seeing is believing so I attached a photo. I had the opportunity to eat at 2 restaurants while there...

We stayed overnight attending a near-by wedding. The facility is nice and geared to golfing\business mtg's - with the activities already planned - we just stayed overnight and didn't get a chance to use either the spa or play golf (and January is definitely not prime time golfing season...), but reports from those in town that have played the course...

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. Everything about our stay was perfect! From the moment we stepped out of our car we were treated like we were the CEO! The staff was amazing, our room was beautiful and the overall atmosphere was simply majestic. Thank you, Ross Bridge for making our stay with you so ideal!

Here for a conference. Facilities were very nice. Staff was very accomodating. Food was solid, though didn't knock your socks off. Course and recreation is the best in the area and worth the trip. Small cajun restaurant close by on 150 is a great meal.
