We checked in very late but it went smoothly. The valet was informative, fast, and professional. The room was spacious and clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Firm but not hard. Everyone was quite friendly. Even our dog loved it. Quiet room. Wish I could have stayed longer. When we pass through Birmingham this is our new go to place.

We stayed here for PrimeSport's Talladega Westin Package deal. Nice, clean room. Awesome view of the lit-up freeway. Friendly staff. Conveniently located Uptown. Walkable to many upscale restaurants. Because of the pandemic, we were still practicing social distancing and wearing masks in the hotel.

We stayed in this "hotel" this past weekend for a birthday trip to Birmingham for shopping, dining out, etc. The hotel is terribly understaffed to the point that there is no daily cleaning service and no room service. The pool is horrible small and not heated. I have stayed here in years past and found it to be a nice place, but Birmingham has not handled Covid well, and the property has deteriorated. The rooms are tiny but still very expensive. I paid over $1000 for a htree night stay in a room with two doubles, and beleive me, they are Full beds, not Queen sized. My advice is to avoid at all costs.

Excellent location with a few restaurant choices within walking distance. The hotel is nice and clean, but feels like a higher end Marriott and not a Westin. The bar downstairs is closed because of COVID - they said it may reopen in another month or two. Just a warning there is construction still ongoing near the stadium and they start early. I would figure that will be complete in another month or two.

Today I booked a room with you guys through hotels app I tried to re up the room for another night and the lady was very difficult to get any help from with this problem eventually said I had to do this myself so I went back upstairs to do this and found myself making a new reservation for another night however in a different room so I tried to call front desk and couldn't... then I walked down there again explained the problem and could see she didn't want 2 help so she didn't and then told me that shift change was coming soon so I had to return to my room and wait on shift change to complete this task and still haven't got to sleep cuz I got in late last night wanted to get another room and sleep during day but instead I am still waiting to complete this and they have already taken the money off of my card so I am out 589$ and still have not got any sleep
