The ONLY thing that is positive about this hotel is that it looks good and restaurants near by. Hotel has little to no amenities. Front desk has no hospitality and were not helpful with any questions literally didn’t even know what amenities meant. Upon check out my wife literally had to go behind the desk to check us out and get our correct bill. Couldn’t wait to leave. I will say house keeping was great.

To start off.. they are horrible in communication. No one answers the phone. If they do, they don’t know anything. No one knew the amenities. No one knew information about the property. No one knew how even look up simple reservation details. Hair in the corner upon arrival. Moldy showers that don’t have a door. Worst experience with a premium brand Marriott. Will not stay here again.

Most excellent experience! Fast and easy check-in. Walking distance to the Convention center, across the street from (what looked like) a sports center/arena. **ExtrEMELY** easy check out!!! Prompt Valet service at check out (it was at 7:30 am, but still). Clean lobby and lobby restroom! There was also a pleasing scent in the elevator waiting area; subtle but still noticeable. And the rooms!! *Very* nice. Clean. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and a very nice bathroom. Individually wrapped/sealed disposable cups so you don’t have to worry if they’re actually clean. Our reservation was originally at the Sheraton next door but I am extremely happy and pleased that they moved my reservation. I would absolutely stay here again. 14/10. *chefs kiss*

I am Ambassador level and have been staying at Westins for decades. This week was my first stay at this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting. There was thick mold completely covering the grout in the shower where the glass wall meets the floor tile. It would take a long period of no cleaning to get this bad. The air vent above the toilet was the same. The dirt was caked on so thick the metal slate’s looked fuzzy. Would take a long time to get this bad and very easy to see and reach to clean. Made me concerned about overall room cleanliness.

I stayed at this property Dec 1 - 3, 2021 Room 540. I mentioned football because the Westin is directly across from Protective Stadium, which is where the state football championships are held. Talk about convenient! My room was up to date, and neat. Fridge in rooms but micro is in the lobby. Kristen really helped my group with check-in. Plenty of restaurants and Golf(?) close. I would stay here again!
