In town for a wedding. The hotel knocked it out of the park in helping everyone in the wedding party feel appreciated. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Many thanks to all. The location was close to everything you could need. My new go to hotel for Birmingham

For the second time me and my wife visited the hotel. we arrived there 3 hours early just to let them know we was there first the guy working behind the desk didn’t really want to be bothered after we showed back up for our actual check in the same guy attitude was a lot better . We stayed in room 406 with the whirlpool. The tv was small for that size room. Everything in the room was cleaned and neat . The staff was great . The breakfast was good . The pool area was good but the bleach like smell was to strong we couldn’t stay in the pool room . Over all it was a great one night stay .

Congratulations on 10 wonderful years and thank you for choosing to celebrate such a momentous occasion with us. I apologize that the desk associate you encountered wasn't in a brighthearted mode when you arrived, but I am happy to hear that when you came back that he got better. I will pass all your comments along to the appropriate staff members to ensure that if you choose to celebrate your 11th anniversary with us that it will be even better! These beds are so comfortable! I went here while having an outpatient surgery at St Vincent nearby and stayed 3 nights including the day before and day after. Even post surgery the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was super accommodating, offering a step stool post surgery to help me into bed, extra pillows or anything else I might need. The kindest staff I have ever met.

I have been coming to this hotel and always found the property very hospitality. Chris behind the bar has always friendly and engaging. Tonight Chris recommend a meal prepared by Thomas in the kitchen and it was great! I was going to go out and the meal here kick some major butt. Don’t sleep on this place! Shrimp and chicken Alfredo bam!

While the rooms appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable, the rooms were outdated and old. There was a Hampton inn within walking distance. Perhaps that hotel is more modern. Because of the condition of the room - torn carpet, door didn't shut flush, stains on the carpet, etc. I personally would not stay at this hotel again. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was acceptable.
