FYI... breakfast is not included. The room was very clean and mostly comfortable. I couldn't get the room cooled to a comfortable level. The location is good. I would stay here again if in the area. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

While not planning to stay overnight in Birmingham on this trip, Mother Nature had other plans with ice and snow! As usual, the hotel, and employees were terrific! The restaurant is always good, and on this night, it was the ONLY PLACE IN TOWN to eat! All the fast food joints even closed because of the icy conditions. The hotel...

Did not live up to our expectations!!! Had a Jr Suite rented and ended up with a double bed room. Was sent to three different rooms one had a "Do not Disturb " on the door. The Jr suite had a loud issue out of the heat unit. Here's the kicker ...have left two messages with the staff and two...

My stay was great! The bed was soft, breakfast was good, room service was on time and the staff was wonderful. I would stay here again. Internet was a little slow the first night, but it worked fine the next day.

Absolutely no issue with our stay and treatment as US Army Soldiers; none. Please understand however that our team will likely stay at a hotel that offers something for breakfast, at no cost to the guest. Soldiers, on this case, are just fine with cereal.

This hotel is not Hiltons standard. The staff were amazingly good and helpful. The issues with this hotel is on the owners. No hot water in the morning. I had to take a shower with water that was cold. The wallpaper is peeling in lots of places. This hotel badly needs brought up to Hilton standards.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it feels right like at home ! All staff make you feel so welcomed and taken care of at all times ! Front desk makes sure they go out of their way to make you satisfied, even offer shuttle bus services to close by shops. The smile you get for breakfast...

I would give it a 3.5 stars because the pillows could have been more firm, they were too soft which made it very hard to sleep and I had two pillows. The mattress was too hard, it could have been softer. Small people have a hard time sleeping on a really firm mattress.

This hotel wasn't bad at all. It was definitely do able for a short stay (we only stayed one night) the front desk staff (2 guys, I forgot their names) were phenomenal. They were friendly and professional during our stay. Breakfast was the worst part. Lots of variety but the food was either burnt or old and hard. I think...

The pool area was taken over by a birthday party and it made it impossible for anyone else to use. Plus they left it disgusting. The indoor pool was the reason we chose to stay there. Also the breakfast staff was miserable to be there. Didn't act like they wanted to serve us and the food was awful.
