What a beautiful place to spend an afternoon... we shared a bottle of white wine (158RMB) chilled by the pool, which is stunningly located with mountains all around. We had a look at four rooms the hotel has to offer and they were all beautiful and clean and decorated very nicely. They have a restaurant located at the back of the hotel in front of the pool and serve western and Chinese food. Breakfast is served from 8:00am until 12:00pm. Staff very friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend this place! 😍😍

We had a great stay at Tea Cozy with assistance from Suzy, Meng and their team. The team is very professional in managing many of my last minute requests. We all felt home at Tea Cozy and felt like living in the country side as Tea Cozy is situated in one of the villages of Yulong River. Thanks your very much.

Very guilty not to have written sooner to indicate our gratitude for the welcome by Richard and all his staff and our appreciation of all aspects of our regrettably brief stay at the Tea Cosy during October 2018. Being in our seventies and after a fairly hectic series of adventures elsewhere in China we were looking forward to a bit of relaxation and found this readily available, whilst Richard organised the perfect expedition for us - a bamboo raft ride down the local river, We were spoilt with an upgrade to the best room - very comfortable yet with the appearance of a museum piece. Food and service was superb (and the European wine list very impressive) whilst the English of the staff was amongst the best we had found throughout China, and the scenery fantastic. As a final treat Richard personally drove us to meet our transport on the edge of the park stopping first to allow for memorable photographs - received safely with thanks. Would love to visit again sometime.

The hotel is very charming and authentic. It is staffed with lovely people, especially Suzy who took very good care of us. Suzy arranged numerous tours for us. Yangshou is a lovely area and Suzy was an excellent hostess. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend it.
