We stayed at another place in central Yangshuo but came across the place. The owner was REALLY helpful and organised two guides to come out with my partner and I for the day - all gear included - for 170 each. They took us to Swiss cheese rock. We really felt like we gained access to the rock climbing community.

I arrived at the beginning of October with a friend with the intention of spending two days with Black Rock. Lily arranged for us to join a group of climbers, provided a harness, booked our rafting and taxi to the airport on top of providing advice on the local sights. Great fixer for the duration if your stay! The Inn...

We didn't see any other guests during our stay, just the sleepy receptioninst. The rooms were quite run-down, and after a few hours of heavy rain our room floor was completely covered with a few centimeters of water, while the staircase had turned into a waterfall. The only good thing to mention are the good possibilities to hang your belongings...

I didn't stay here but I feel compelled to write a review because of Lily! Lily is the owner of the inn and she is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I chanced upon the inn while looking for people to climb with/guiding companies. It's down a little alley off a lane that is off West Street. Right from the get go,...

More than a place to stay, Lily makes you feel at home. It's the first time that I stay in a place with so nice people. We went climb together, but also for dinner, for talk, Lily helped us with everything: Gear, scooter, bicycle, guide, places to eat and much more. If you like to play chess you should try...

The hostel is the perfect place to meet climbers. There is a board in the common area where people can write up which crag they're going to the next day and what time they're leaving. If you want to join them then just meet up before they leave. This was fantastic as a solo climber as it meant I didn't...

We travelled to Yangshuo for rock climbing. And this hotel is the best place to find people who has the same passion for this sport! Lily (the owner) speaks very good english and she helped us a lot with organizing our everyday trips to mountains. We climbed together several times, had dinner with all who stayed at Climber's Inn and...

If you're climbing in yangshuo then this is the place to stay, meet fellow climbers and share a taxi out to the different crags each day. It's also very social with dinner each night and Lilly the owner often comes out climbing as well. Rooms with two single beds are much better value than the dorms as they are in...

Climber's Inn is exactly as the name suggests - a place for climbers. Not that you will be turned away if you are not, but you will feel right at home if you are one. Friendly climbers greet you as you walk in, gear strewn around the floor and climbing routes inside your room. While its a little hard to...
