This hotel is more beautiful than shown in photos!! We stayed here while exploring the wine region for three days, and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious, the beds were huge, and the service was great. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located. The included breakfast was a nice plus too!
Clean rooms, beautiful scenery with pool and seating area, and a tremendous staff. Breakfast was included in our rate and was delicious with a full spread and service. Well located to downtown Santa Cruz as well as vineyards in the area. Only slight complaint (minor) was that it is a little close to the road, so depending on the room, you might be able to hear traffic at night, but very minimally.
My wife and I were extremely lucky to find Hotel Casa de Campo at the end of our honeymoon trip around South America. It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in anywhere in the world. All of the staff, without exception, we're pleasant, helpful and very professional, whilst maintaining a very relaxing environment. There are so many little touches that make the place feel so homely, not to mention the largest bed that we've ever seen! Breakfast is served at a very civilised hour and all of the food that we had at the hotel was exceptional. The gardens and pool area are just a delight and so well maintained. Overall we felt that we got great value for money for an exceptionally nice stay, we are already looking at when we can return. Thankyou so much for finishing off an incredible trip in such style. We look forward to returning soon. Lots of love Livi and Chris…

I really was pleased with all the staff very pleasant professional and eager to please I truly had a great stay for the two weeks I was there. Will be returning again for business and plan on staying again at Hotel Casa de Campo .. thank you all for your warm welcome and service you made my stay very pleasant ! 👍🏻
This was a rare find. I was certainly a little nervous traveling from the US all the way down to Colchagua but this little hotel was great. Excellent starting off point to explore Colchagua wines. I highly recommend! -pool area was great -Restaurant did a great job. Not Huate Cuisine but great food -Staff was super attentive and nice -Cellar is well stocked and we could easily get bottles to drink by the pool or at the great outdoor lounge areas
This hotel has a nice rustic ambience and a great view from the 2nd floor rooms. However, there is just a LOT of traffic noise from the highway. And, the walls are not soundproofed at all. As a consequence we were subjected to everything going on in the room next door - and i mean EVERYTHING. For this reason, I just can't recommend Casa de Campo
The Casa had large rooms, beautiful grounds, quaint building, a small winery, flood ditch running thru it and a too cold swimming pool. We read and laid out by the pool. We ate in Santa Cruz. Casa set up wine tours and horse ride with Cabalgates
We just got back from a four night stay at this property. First let me say that even though it is located just off a very busy highway, the noise level is not unbearable. Traffic noise never bothered me, woke me up or kept me from sleeping. The bed is enormous, I felt like I was in a separate zip code from my wife. Comfortable and with decent linens. The bathroom was a bit tired, and as mentioned by others here, lacked some basic cleaning and decent water pressure. On the first day, I drank a couple beers from the minibar (around US$7.00!) and they were never replaced for the rest of our stay. Do yourself a favor and bring/buy your own water, because they even charge something like US$3.50 for a small, 300ml bottle of water. Internet does not work reliably in the rooms, but is decent in the small courtyard off the rooms. Breakfast is pretty much a disaster. Very few options, maybe two types of bread, a couple cold cuts, and some melons. They do offer fresh eggs upon request, and yes, if you want a real espresso, they charge US$4.00. The pool area is nice, with perhaps 8-10 chaise lounges and 3 umbrellas, with a small bar off the pool for beers and basics (no food offered). On our last night in Santa Cruz, we went out to dinner and stopped by the casino. The next morning, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I went to reception and asked the woman on duty if she could call the casino to see if I left it there. She finally made a marginal effort, after I insisted. And just told me that the restaurant wouldn't be open for another couple hours (not true, I drove there, it was open, and they had found my wallet!). As I look back on this review, I realize it seems all negative. There are some good features of this hotel. It is very comfortable and centrally located to the little town of Santa Cruz and the surrounding wineries. But with just a small amount of extra effort, better trained staff and some basic upkeep, this could be a gem.…
Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful grounds. And then add a wonderful restaurant and thoughtful, attentive service. I cannot think of anything negative about this hotel. In general throughout Chile, including Santa Cruz and at Casa de Campo, knowing some Spanish is helpful. We were sad to leave this hotel!
Love this place. Very rustic but with all the modern amenities. Nice and comfortable beds. Great views. Awesome breakfast in the morning. Pool and patios are nice. Place is well maintained and clean. I go out of my way to stay here.
