This hotel proves that a hotel doesn't need to be new or luxurious to be beloved by travellers. It has a winning formula of good management, service and kindness that is palpable. You immediately feel at ease and every member of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew have a smile on their faces and are eager...

Nice, quiet, clean and ample parking. Service is top notch, all staff speak very good english. Walking distance to the main street in town. Not much variety during breakfast. Free coffee, tea and drinking water 24/7.

I stayed for 6 nights Nov 26 to Dec 2, 2016. Right from the setting, ambiance, to round the clock hotel staff, breakfast, 24x7 coffee/tea in the small but cozy lounge and the restaurant with a pretty good Italian faire, it was all wonderful. I cannot recommend it any more than my experience. Best of all the price was great....

This hotel is expensive (for San Pedro), but good value. Reception was good and efficient. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and maintained every day, including fresh towels. Hotel gives you a small bottle of sparkling wine upon entry, nice touch. Breakfast is very good, included in price, and a very good selection of food. Dinner menu...

Stayed one night here before heading to Bolivia. The staff were very helpful with contacting our tour company to chase up what time our pickup would be as it wasn't listed on our itinerary. Located about a 5 minute walk from town this location was very quiet. The restaurant was ok. We were given a room with two single beds...

Wonderful little hotel. Amenities basic but spotless. Whole place kept to the best possible standard. The staff could not be more helpful. Small choice but very sufficient breakfast buffet. Dinner was well above expectations for this out of the way place.. Sorry to be checking out today

I wish the hotel had a been a little closer to Carcolles, the main street in San Pedro. Only because of long tours, I was tired and it was hot to walk the six blocks. Room was small, comfortable. My room was close to the street and it did get noisy at night.

Stayed here for three nights as a couple with a toddler. Clean rooms and well-maintained setting, offering great comfort in an area strained of resources. The hotel location is quiet and a short walk away from the main city center. Friendly and helpful staff who accommodated many of our requests such as allowing us to use their kitchen refrigerator to...

We'd just flown in for the first time to northern Chile and driven from Calama. This was a dramatic introduction to our self-drive. Long ascents and some steep descents took us through the desert landscape over good quiet roads. Coming in to San Pedro, the good surface ends abruptly as the original salt surface has been preserved through the main...

Feel at home at this hotel in the middle of the desert. Very friendly people will welcome you at this cosy place just off the "main street" of this oasis. Tables and seats in all shadowy corners of the garden, a swimming pool and an exquisite kitchen make the picture complete.
