the hotel is located in the heart of san Pedro village. the prices are reasonable and the rooms are not very stylish but good enough. Beds were not comfortable. people working in the hotel are very friendly.

Room was very nice. Pool is a bit chilly but lovely. Food is very good. The main problem is that some (not all) of the front staff is extremely unfriendly. Not sure why. But a real shame given the otherwise excellent hotel.
"Our room was facing the pool area and quite basic, not sure where the refurbished rooms are located."
"Try to stay in the newer rooms"
"Ask for rooms around the pool and close to the lobby"
"rooms in the main building will be close to the pool and breakfast room. the other rooms can be 50-200 yards from the main building."
"A room in the shade"
