Cool spot, 10 minutes walk to the main square. Fire pit at night was a nice touch and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the room we stayed in the first night we were there had bedbugs and the hostel wasn't very tidy. I understand everything in the desert gets dusty and dirty but I...

I stayed much longer than planned due to bus timetabling issues but was very comfortable and enjoyed my time there. They have hammocks/ sunbeds to sleep/read in and it's only a 10 minutes (Max) walk into main square when you want to do something more energetic! Reception will print bus tickets off for you, do laundry, book tours for you...

This place is ok--I guess everything is expensive but the walls here are plywood and our room smelled like a bbq because of the campfire. The room was between the kitchen that "closed" at 11 and the campfire that stopped at midnight. These seemed really late for a place that has popular tours at 4:30am! We did book tours here...

Had a overnight stay in the hostel during the onward journey to Salar de uyuni. The staff were very polite and provided lot of information about the place. Also, during my return back journey from Salar, they allowed me to stay in the Hostel premises for about 7 hours (without any payment),where by they allowed me to use all the hostel...

Unbelievable what the owners of this hostel have set up. A bonfire and a bar in the middle of almost all the accomodations. The paperthin walls make sure that every sound will penatrate your ears while trying to sleep. Until 12 PM you will defenitely not sleep as the bonfire and music will go on until that time. Pretty bad...

I stayed for 3 nights. First, location is good. It's not very far from city center and quite at night. Second, room and bathroom are good. Bed is in good condition. Pillow and sheets are ing good condition. Bathroom is clean and well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms are generally clean. Third, there is a bar and a wide common area...

Backpackers San Pedro Where do I start?! We are a couple so booked a private room here, with shared bathroom. Which cost around £22 a night. The hostal itself is quite hard to find, so once we'd finally got there and checked in and got our key, we opened our door to bunk beds! Ok no problem we thought it's...

I would not recommend this hostel. You get what you pay for, but some basics were lacking. For an example, they said they have coffee in the morning, but I've never seen it - most tours in San Pedro start very early and coffee should be offered early as well. Even at 8:30am there wasn't any coffee. The worst part...

just an average hostel that is very hard to find (no street names, we had to ask a lot of people to get there) the showers turn cold sometimes after 2 minutes (officially after 5 minutes) sometimes they don't get warm at all. sometimes you have to wait a long time until a shower/toilet is free because there are not...
